When I consult with the doctor, they really listen to what I have to say and explain the treatment plan step-by-step in detail, making it easy to understand. I followed the prescribed medication regularly and diligently practiced the nasal care methods they taught me, and I've seen significant improvement, so I'm very satisfied.
