My hearing had always been bad, but one day this year it suddenly got even worse, so I hurriedly searched online and went to this place because the reviews seemed okay and it wasn’t too small. When I got there, I was glad there were two doctors, so I didn’t have to wait very long. I saw the female doctor, and she explained everything well. There were also quite a few people working at the front desk. There’s a pharmacy right in front of the hospital, so it’s convenient that you can get your medication right after your appointment. There’s another hospital on the second floor, so if there are a lot of patients, it can take a little while to get your medication, but overall it was pretty good. Most importantly, it’s within walking distance from my house, so I like that I can go there when I need to in a hurry.

I recently visited the ENT clinic due to nasal congestion and throat pain, and overall it was a satisfying experience. The waiting time from check-in to the consultation was not long, which was great, and the nurses were friendly and made me feel much less anxious. The doctor carefully asked about my symptoms and showed me the results of the endoscopic examination on the screen, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way. They clearly explained why the prescribed medication was necessary and what precautions to take, which made me trust them. The interior of the clinic was also clean and well-maintained hygienically, so I felt reassured, and after taking the medication for a few days, I saw a noticeable improvement in my symptoms. This is an ENT clinic I would like to visit again if I have similar symptoms.

☆ It says professional tonsil stone treatment, so I visited due to tonsil stones. I did not expect kindness, but they also didn’t explain well. I found online that there are laser and other treatments, but the doctor said that as far as he knows, there are no treatments other than removal.

When I went in the morning, there was a wait time. The nurses are nice. The teacher in room 2 has a good impression. I got better after just 3 days on the medication.
