First of all, the doctor explains everything in detail and listens to the patient's concerns. I went in with a sore throat, and it was the first time anyone looked at my vocal cords so thoroughly. The screen has a surround view, so the camera can go deep into my throat. I just had to squint my eyes a bit, and I could see whether my throat was red, pink, or if there was any inflammation. Unlike other ENT clinics where you gag and feel uncomfortable while using a scope, this was really easy and comfortable, even for someone like me who's a bit of a baby. I highly recommend it! My only worry is that since there's only one doctor, if more people find out about this place, the waiting times will get longer... I can't help but sing their praises. I've already taken my kids there after my first visit. They really take their time to check even the little ones, and I'm definitely going to be a regular. It doesn't compare to the ENT clinic I used to go to. Highly recommend, highly recommend!

I always suffer from rhinitis every time the seasons change. Since this place is close to my office, I visit often. Every time I go, both the nurses and the doctor are very kind. The doctor explains the treatment details thoroughly. Even when I caught the flu, one flu shot cured me in a day. I felt better right away. Anyway, they're friendly and great! For simple colds and rhinitis, I find it effective. The medication works well for me. I think it's pretty good. It varies from person to person, though... I know someone who said the medication prescribed by a different ENT didn't work for them. They took it for over two weeks and said their throat infection didn't improve at all. For me, even if I get a 5-day prescription, after taking the medication for about 3 days, I'm almost completely better... I think it's really lucky to find a clinic that works for you!!

The ladies at the front desk are incredibly friendly, and the doctors are also very kind and do a thorough examination. I visited the hospital because I was hearing a water-like sound in my ear and couldn't hear well. They said they were going to do a hearing test, and an elderly woman spent about 20 minutes putting various things in my ears and testing them. Then she told me my ears were in very bad shape and that I should buy and use hearing aids. When I asked how much they cost, she said 2.5 million won. I already knew that my hearing wasn't good because my job at my former company involved welding, and I'm 60 years old. I visited because I was hearing a watery, crackling sound in my ear and thought I might get an anti-inflammatory or some other medication prescribed. But the examination alone cost 39,000 won. They didn't prescribe any medication at all. They just gave me the results of the hearing test for both ears and told me to consult a lawyer or labor attorney, apply for workers' compensation through the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service, get approved, and then buy and wear hearing aids... Even now, I still hear crackling and watery sounds in my ear, along with ringing, and I can't hear well. They didn't even prescribe me any medication. Are they just trying to sell me hearing aids? I paid money and haven't seen any improvement at all. It's been more than 10 days now, and the watery sound in my ear has gotten worse and my hearing has deteriorated further. I want to visit the hospital again, but I'm afraid that if the doctor just keeps talking nonsense, explains hearing aids again, and doesn't prescribe any medication, I'll only end up exhausted and even more stressed. I don't know whether they are really specialists, but when I said it felt like there was a sound in my ear and that I might have inflammation, they blew air into my ear for quite a while. When I said it hurt, they told me not to move and just kept talking... Maybe they aren't actually ENT specialists, because they didn't prescribe any medication. I came home with nothing but a single sheet of paper. My ear hurts even more now, I hear the watery sound more strongly, and sometimes it rings and feels blocked. These days I've been digging around inside my ear with a cotton swab to remove what feels like moisture, and I'm just getting by that way. I fractured a metatarsal at work and currently have a pin in it, so I'm moving around with crutches. I'm afraid that if I go back, they'll just blow air into my ear again and charge me a huge amount of money, so I can't bring myself to go. I wonder if there is another ENT clinic in Jeongwang. In all the decades I've been alive, this is the first time I've visited a hospital where the doctor didn't even prescribe medication. Are they doing this to sell hearing aids? That woman who did the hearing test also told me to try wearing a hearing aid and kept asking, “You can hear well, right?” Was she advertising them or something? They should give me medication to clear the blockage and get rid of the watery sound in my ear. Who went there to buy hearing aids?! If I really need them, I'll buy and wear them even if that woman or the doctor doesn't recommend them! I went to the hospital because my ear was uncomfortable, but they didn't relieve the discomfort and instead spent about 30 minutes trying to sell me something... Please prescribe me some medication! If it costs 39,000 won, I could have just bought medicine at a pharmacy!

The allergy medication works well, and when I have a high fever, they give me the right prescription. It's great!

I couldn’t even get a prescription and ended up paying 39,000 won. I still have that water sound in my ear - it's so frustrating. I should have just bought medication from a pharmacy for 39,000 won. I just wasted my money with no benefit... The doctor talked really well, better than a lawyer. But that old lady was just advertising hearing aids. Is there still some old lady at this hospital? I paid money and didn’t even get medication, just doubled the stress. Aren’t they going to refund me?!

It's flu season, so there are really a lot of people. The waiting time was two hours..ㅠㅠ But everyone was friendly, and the care I received was great, so I'm satisfied.

The nurses are friendly too. I suffer from rhinitis and struggle every change of season, but they take care of me kindly and provide clear explanations. After getting my prescription, I feel better quickly, which is great!
