The hospital is clean and tidy. The doctor is very kind and explains everything well. There's a play area on the hospital terrace where kids can play while waiting for their appointment, and there are also books that children enjoy reading, so we can pass the time looking at them. Unlike other hospitals where you have to make an appointment in advance for infant check-ups, here you can just walk in and get the check-up, which is great. All the nurses were very friendly. They even let us know the expected wait time after being there for a few minutes. The parking is in the basement of the building, and there’s plenty of space. I’ve never had trouble finding parking. The pharmacy is on the first floor of the same building, so you can get your prescriptions right after the appointment. The doctor treats you kindly and explains everything well. The nurses are kind too. There's a parking lot in the back that's convenient, and you can park in front of the hospital if the lot is full. The pharmacy is on the first floor, which makes it easy to pick up medication after the appointment. There's also an IV room, so it's easy for kids to get IV fluids when they're sick. Additionally, the hospital has a terrace with play facilities for kids, so they won't get bored while waiting. It hasn't been open long, so the facilities are clean and nice. There's a coffee shop and a bakery on the first floor, so if there's a long wait, you can wait in the coffee shop and then go up. The downside is that since the doctor works alone, while they are thorough, it does lead to longer wait times.

They also have books that young children like, so the kids can read while waiting. All the nurses are very kind. There is underground parking, and so far, I’ve never had trouble finding a spot. There was plenty of parking space. There’s a pharmacy on the first floor of the same building, so you can get your prescription filled right after your appointment.

I liked that there was a playground for kids on the terrace, so my child could play while we waited.
