Lately, my nose has been getting congested often, and I’ve also been sneezing, so I visited the clinic because I thought I might have rhinitis. After I described my symptoms, they took pictures to check the condition of my nose and explained my current condition based on the test results, which made it easy to understand. I wasn’t sure whether these were just my usual rhinitis symptoms, but after having it checked directly, I felt a little relieved. They also examined me very thoroughly, so I was satisfied with the visit.

After visiting a mountain stream over the weekend, one of my ears continued to feel muffled and blocked, so I went back to the ENT clinic. Since I had been there before, I was able to receive care comfortably again this time. I was a little anxious because I was worried that something might be wrong with my hearing, but after the consultation and a thorough hearing test, I was reassured. Fortunately, the test results showed no particular problems with my hearing, and it turned out that water had gotten into my ear at the stream, causing the temporary muffled feeling. Once I was told that it wasn’t anything serious, I felt much more at ease. I had wondered whether I should simply wait a few more days since it seemed like a minor symptom, but I realized that if the discomfort continues, it’s better to get checked in person. I was satisfied that they explained both the testing process and the results in an easy-to-understand way, and just like during my previous visit, I was able to receive care comfortably this time as well. If I develop any uncomfortable ear-related symptoms in the future, I think I’ll visit again.

I think I had an ear infection, so I searched for hospitals near my house and visited one that was recommended. The staff was friendly, and the doctor explained everything in detail, so thank you for that. They said if I come in consistently for 2-3 times, the infection should improve, which puts my mind at ease. I had been really distracted by the throbbing sensation, making it uncomfortable to work and sleep. Next time, if my family has ear issues, I'm going to bring them here to Bitgoeul ENT. There are a lot of dizzy patients here, so I expected to wait a long time, but since there are two doctors, I don't think I need to worry about that; it went by quickly. I feel like I was unnecessarily worried.
