Human Bone Orthopedic Clinic

I just got back from Human Bone Orthopedic Clinic after physical therapy. Recently, with more classes and personal lessons, my shoulders and neck have been feeling stiff, and my lower back hurt when standing for long. From the consultation, they examined everything very thoroughly, checking one by one what was bothering me and explaining postural habits, which helped me understand. In therapy, I received heat treatment and electrical therapy, and felt loosening of muscles as if I were being manually treated, which made my stiff back muscles feel lighter almost immediately. Specifically, the area around my shoulder blades, which had been tight, felt much smoother when I moved afterward, and the stiffness I had while turning my head reduced significantly. Since I have a job that involves physical activity, I had been overlooking the pain, but now I think I should have come in sooner and I plan to continue getting care. I think others who exercise or stand for long periods will definitely feel the difference if they try it out!

After a minor car accident, I had some discomfort and pain, so I visited the clinic on the same day. Right after the accident, it didn't seem like I was seriously injured, but I wanted to check thoroughly in case there were any hidden symptoms. The doctor took the time to examine the pain and uncomfortable areas I was feeling in detail, and I was able to comfortably ask questions during the consultation, which was great. After getting an X-ray and some physical therapy, I was advised to relax and recover without overdoing it. At first, I was a bit anxious about getting treated after the accident, but overall, I was able to remain calm during the appointment, and the nursing staff was also very kind and helpful, making my visit comfortable! If you have pain after an accident, I think it's better to visit a hospital and get a precise check rather than just brushing it off!

I treated my body because it wasn't feeling well from doing one action for a long time due to work. Now it's all better! That's great.

*The facility is clean and the hospital is great. They also offer evening appointments until 9 PM, which is convenient for me after work. I recommend it!
