Apple Tree Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic

I visited Apple Tree Pediatrics Clinic because I was worried that my child’s runny nose, cough, and phlegm had gotten worse. When a child is sick, there are so many things parents want to know—why the symptoms developed, whether the condition is serious, and how they should be managed. I really appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained during the consultation, one point at a time. More than anything, the doctor was kind and made my child feel comfortable, so we were able to get through the consultation without feeling nervous. The doctor also explained the things I was wondering about in an easy-to-understand way, which made me feel confident and reassured. Rather than simply checking the symptoms and ending the visit, they carefully explained my child’s current condition and how to care for them at home, which was very helpful. I was very worried about my child’s runny nose, cough, and phlegm, but the kind and thorough care put my mind at ease. This is a pediatric clinic I would feel comfortable trusting and returning to whenever my child gets sick.

This is the Apple Tree Pediatrics I always visit when my child is sick. Dr. Kim Bok-ki is really kind and explains things in detail, which I appreciate. There are a lot of people, but they have Pororo TV on, so my child can cope well. I’m not sure if it’s because we go often, but the nurses are very intuitive and quickly recognize who we are, preparing what we need and informing us, so there’s no delay in treatment. Once again, they treated us well this time, and my child’s symptoms improved a lot in just a few days. I feel like Dr. Kim Bok-ki is always studying. He’s always reading papers and shares the latest insights on treatment. I’m just grateful that we have such a doctor in our neighborhood!

This is the pediatric clinic I visit every time my child gets sick. I can't tell you how great it is to be so close to home. Haha. This time, I didn't go because my child was sick, but to get a prescription for the allergy rhinitis spray I've been using. I didn't notice at first, but after using it for over a year, I've definitely seen a decrease in runny nose and fewer colds. Since it's a steroid, I initially had some resistance and worried about whether it's safe for long-term use, but the doctor showed me research papers on steroid sprays, explaining that the latest insights indicate it's beneficial for rhinitis and has almost no side effects. That helped me to use it without hesitation. Thank you for always being so kind during our visits! ^^
