My child slightly sprained it while exercising, so we came to the hospital. The doctor was very direct and decisive. The physical therapy was very thorough.

Lately, my knees have been aching every time I go up and down the stairs, so I went to Orthopedicsㅠㅠ They’re usually fine, but they hurt especially after walking for a long time or when I stand up after sitting, so I thought it was just because I’m getting older. Still, the discomfort continued, so I got them checked. The doctor examined my knees and asked about my usual daily routine as well^^ They explained that I shouldn’t push myself with exercise and that I should avoid putting too much strain on my knees for the time being~ I also liked how they explained the treatment options in an easy-to-understand way. After the appointment, I felt like maybe I’d been worrying for no reasonㅎㅎ I’ve been taking it easy at home as they advised! Thankfully, the pain seems to be gradually getting better^^ I definitely think it’s better to get checked instead of putting up with it if the pain keeps continuing~
