Maybe because it's the change of seasons, I suddenly developed phlegm in my throat over the weekend, and my breathing got worse. The next day, my coughing and stuffy nose became severe, so I ended up skipping school and going to the hospital. I used to go to another hospital, but the medicine wasn't helping much, so I switched to this one. This was my second visit. They also have a Pediatrics department, with two ENT doctors and one pediatrician. All three doctors are very kind. I don't know if they attend church, but hymns and violin music are always playing softly. They also have plenty of respiratory treatment machines—several of them—so there are enough for everyone.

I had earwax removal done by Dr. Han Jeong-ok. I am very satisfied with the kind and thorough care I received.

There’s also a pediatrics department, so I take my child to Dr. Lee Eun-chae. She’s kind, very thorough, and listens carefully. My child has allergies and has been having a hard time, but the medication works well too! There are also two doctors who see adult patients, and they’re both great! We’ve gone in for various conditions like the flu, COVID, rhinitis, and colds, but maybe because the prescriptions suited us so well, we recovered quickly and ended up not going to any other hospitals. When you go with a child, they have videos playing so the kids can watch, and there are books available too, so you won’t get bored while waiting! There’s an elevator, so you can bring a stroller upstairs, and since the waiting area is spacious, it’s fine even when it gets crowded! They’re closed on Sundays^^

I like that both the nurse and the doctor are kind and examine me so thoroughly.

I visited for the flu. Since I was seeing both pediatrics and another specialty, even though it was early on a weekday morning, the wait was long, and I had to wait quite a while. The doctor was kind.
