I understand why this pediatrics office is famous among moms. Dr. Joo really seems to care for children, which put my mind at ease. My child is afraid of doctors, but Dr. Joo spoke to her kindly at her eye level, which helped her not to cry and she got through the exam well. She explained everything
I've been going to this pediatric clinic since my kids were little. The doctor is really kind and takes a thorough look, which I appreciate. However, there are always so many patients, so the waiting time is long.
I've been taking my kids here since they were little, and I'm really happy with how thorough the doctor is. They also give vaccinations really well, so we definitely go to this clinic!
Even though there are a lot of patients during the winter with colds and such, the nurses and doctors manage everything well, so the wait time is almost nonexistent.
The doctor takes great care during the consultation, but the wait is extremely long.
