Gained more than 20 kilograms in weight, so under load

Went to a well-known orthopedic clinic for a second opinion and got an MRI.

The doctor started the procedure because the cartilage was slightly torn.

He said he wants to start with treatment first.

So, multiple treatments and injections exceeding 100,000 won, among others.

I tried, but I only lost money and it had no effect.

Doctors should also lose weight and walk only to the extent that it is not burdensome.

They told me to do it, so I lost almost 10 kilograms.

I'm reducing my activity and walking, but I have knee pain.

It just won't go away, so I just went to the local orthopedic clinic.
