Easy Protein Intake Method: Canned Tuna & Soy Milk

 

I am not the type to follow a special diet.

Therefore, instead of healthy food, eat whatever you want.

They say overeating is absolutely forbidden.

I usually consume protein mainly from soy milk, canned tuna, tofu, and eggs.

In the case of tuna, the nutritional label shows that it has the highest protein content.

So, it's possible to easily consume protein by removing the oil and only eating the solids.

The second most consumed beverage after water is coffee and soy milk.
