She wasn't the one during the surgery but was the nurse who applied the ointment during my second visit on the upper floor. She was really uncomfortable to deal with, and I could tell she was in a bad mood that day because she was acting really angry, so I couldn’t even ask her anything. In fact, she didn't give me the ointment and when I went back to ask, another nurse told me that it should have been given but she didn’t provide it.
