Overall, it was a decent hospital for quietly receiving a consultation and making a judgment.

I've been visiting mainly for rhinitis. They prescribe medication very well. If my throat or nose isn't doing well, I go in right away, and the prescribed medication works quickly. The doctor carefully examines everything and gives a shot in the buttocks, and I think that really helped my rhinitis get better fast. The nurses are also kind and do a great job with the shots, making sure they don't hurt. It was nice that there weren't any patients in the clinic, so I could get treated right away without waiting. However, there is no parking in the building, which was a bit inconvenient, but I was able to park briefly on the road, and since there are no surveillance cameras, that worked out fine. They seem to really know how to take care of rhinitis. The pharmacy is in the same building, so it's easy to get my prescriptions filled after my appointment.

This is the cleanest and most pleasant ENT clinic in Jongno! I came to Coco ENT after shopping at Costco because I wasn't recovering well from my cold. First of all, everyone was very kind, and the hospital was very busy, which meant there was a wait. Recently, they wouldn't see first-time patients without an ID, but instead of insisting on bringing an ID, they kindly let me know that I could use the health insurance app, so I could be seen. The doctor who treated me was extremely kind and explained where I was feeling pain and what was going on. I even learned that the bronchial tubes should normally be translucent! Haha. They did a great job with the injections and, despite occasionally not finding the vein, they were able to get me on the first try; I received one nutritional injection, and it really improved my energy. In the middle of my appointment, I had a cough, and they brought me water. Everything was super clean.

I had to make an appointment for a consultation before the sleep test, so I went in for that. First, I was asked to fill out about three preliminary survey forms before the consultation. After submitting the forms at the desk, a staff member manually calculated my scores and passed them on to the doctor - the results reflect the quality of my sleep based on questions related to how many hours I sleep and how often I wake up. After submitting this, I took a 3D X-ray to assess my tonsils; in my case, there were no abnormalities with my sinuses or nasal bones, but they said my airways are narrow. After returning home, I checked back into the sleep center by 9 PM. They recommended going to bed early, but I had some work to finish, so I took the sleeping pill given by the hospital at 10 PM and fell asleep right away. The results will come out in a week, and all I have to do is fill out a simple questionnaire when I go back.

First of all, there won't be many people in the afternoons starting from June; there are only about 5-10 people waiting, and unless the doctor is in an examination, you can be seen within 30 minutes! The nurse said it's because it's a busy season. My mom had an appointment with Dr. Kim Yun-ho, and I had mine with Dr. Kim Sang-hyup. For the nose irritation, I was prescribed medicine for 10 days, and due to a light allergy, I received a histobulin injection as an allergy shot. Sometimes it hurts, and sometimes it's okay, but they told me that if the medicine is too cold, it might hurt. Overall, everyone is friendly, and the building has an elevator, plus the waiting room and restrooms are clean, so the hospital is tidy. Parking can be tough, but it's fine to park a bit farther away and walk in for your appointment. I also think it's reasonable to claim a spot in line, go park, and come back to wait.

I visited the S Ahn ENT clinic again, where I had been before. I came back because I still have fond memories from my previous visit. There were so many people waiting, but the kindness of the nurses and the gentle care of the doctor made me feel that returning was definitely the right choice. More than anything, the nasal and oral rinsing that other hospitals don’t offer was not just refreshing but also had many effects, such as cleaning out germs. I think it’s the best! Even though it takes quite a bit of time for each person, this has been a clinic that has provided rinsing services since it opened. That’s why I wanted to write this, hoping to spread the word and that many more people would visit. I wish for this clinic to continue thriving!

For the past three days, my throat has been itchy and scratchy, and I've been sneezing dozens of times a day, so I made some black bellflower tea with ginger powder and honey and drank a lot of warm water while waiting, but it didn’t help at all.

Dr. Kim is a bit hard to book an appointment with, but he did a great job on my rhinitis surgery. My nose was so blocked that it was really uncomfortable to breathe, but after the surgery, everything feels really comfortable and my quality of life has improved. Since I was already having surgery, I also had a cosmetic procedure done, and he really nailed the design. I'm super happy with it and I've been strongly recommending this place to my friends! The doctor is kind, but the only downside is that the waiting time at the hospital is really long. Even if you have an appointment, it still takes some time when you're there for your consultation or follow-up. Other than that, I had no issues, and the staff were kind too. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the extra attention they gave post-surgery. Thank you for helping me breathe easier!

I’ve been bothered by my skin texture and lingering red marks because of acne, so today I went to Maypure Dermatology and had a Pico Fractional Laser treatment and an Aqua Peel. At first, I was worried that the Pico Fractional Laser would be very painful, but they applied plenty of numbing cream before starting, so it was more tolerable than I expected. There was some stinging and a feeling of heat, but the treatment didn’t take very long, and I felt reassured because they checked on my condition from time to time. The Aqua Peel made my nose and chin, where sebum and blackheads tend to build up, feel especially refreshed and clean. After the treatment, my face is a little red and sensitive, so I’m going to make sure to use recovery cream, moisturize well, and protect my skin from the sun. Rather than expecting a dramatic change right away, I’m looking forward to seeing how my skin texture and blemish marks improve over the next few days. Overall, I was happy with how clean and comfortable the whole experience was, from the consultation through the treatment.

The hospital was clean, and I think I’ll come here often.

What I liked most was how clearly and kindly the doctor explained my current condition, the necessary treatment process, and the prescribed medication in a way that was easy for me to understand. I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind. The front desk staff and nurses always greeted me warmly and helped me in an organized and friendly manner from registration onward, so I felt comfortable throughout my time at the clinic. Because of the nature of ENT clinics, there may be a bit of a wait, but considering the quality of care and the kindness of the staff, it is a clinic well worth waiting for. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone experiencing discomfort from nose, throat, or ear conditions.

The internal medicine doctor was extremely kind. I've been doing salt gargles for my chest pain and persistent cough. I had a chest X-ray just in case. I struggled for almost a month with a lingering cough, feeling awful with chills and a sore throat. I thought if I took some medicine and rested a bit, I would feel better, but it ended up taking nearly a month before I went to the clinic. There were so many patients, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. After a quick visit, I received an injection for inflammation and got a week’s worth of medication to take home. Since I got back, I've been gargling multiple times a day with warm salt water. I also make sure to take my medicine regularly. My stomach feels a bit off, maybe because of the antibiotics, but thankfully the cough is slowly getting better with time. Thank you very much.
