The medications are quite effective, so usually, if you take them for the prescribed number of days, you’ll get better! Even if you make an appointment and go in for a consultation, there’s usually a delay of about 10 to 20 minutes because you'll get mixed in with walk-in patients. I’ve just learned to accept that and receive my treatment. I visited due to discomfort in my throat and nose caused by the large temperature differences of the season, and I was diagnosed with pharyngitis. Dr. Jin-ho Jeong, the head doctor, always provides gentle and careful consultations, responding thoroughly to any questions I have. There are so many patients that it can be frustrating, but the nurses always greet you with a smile and are very kind. After seeing the head doctor, my symptoms usually calm down within 2 to 4 days with the prescribed medication. Thank you!

The consultation moves quickly, but the ENT doctor I used to see explained the diagnosis, why the symptoms occurred, and how to manage them thoroughly and took the time to do so, which I really appreciated. I was explaining my symptoms after being asked about them, but the doctor interrupted me midway and inserted the nasal endoscope, so I couldn’t even finish explaining everything.ㅠ They tend to prescribe quite a lot of medication, so I guess it’s impossible not to get better^^; They prescribe a lot of medicine but only for a few days and told me to come back in two days... I’ll have to think about whether I want to return... The woman at the counter was kind.

They’re also open on weekends, so when my children suddenly get sick on the weekend, we often come here to get treated. This time, I caught a throat cold and had phlegm and nasal congestion. I got a prescription and have been taking the medicine, so I’m gradually getting better, but it was pretty severe, so I’m not recovering quickly. I was prescribed three days’ worth of medication, and I think I’ll have to come back in three days for another checkup. The inside isn’t dirty or anything. It looks like a typical clinic, though it’s not very spacious. The wait wasn’t long. Since it’s the change of seasons, there were quite a lot of people there to see the doctor. He said my throat was quite swollen and that there was a lot of inflammation and mucus in my nose. He sprayed medication directly in my throat and used a machine to clear out the mucus as well. After that, I received injection treatment and nebulizer therapy, and I got a 3-day prescription. Even though I've moved farther away, I feel like I made the right choice coming back to my usual clinic, and I think I'll return here whenever I'm not feeling well.
