When I told Dr. Oh Jong-min about my neck pain, he suggested we try physical therapy, acupuncture, and cupping treatment. After consulting with a specialized nurse, I undressed and received a warm compress first to ease the acupuncture points in my neck. About 10 to 15 needles were applied, and they enhanced the effect with electrical stimulation. Then, I continued with the machine-assisted physical therapy, which was so relaxing that I dozed off at times; if I got too tired, I might snore, so some tension was necessary. Finally, I received cupping therapy, which helps remove stagnant blood and improves circulation to relieve pain and aid recovery. After the treatment, he suggested I come in for more sessions over the next day or two, depending on how I felt. This is my go-to acupuncture clinic that I've been visiting consistently for over 25 years.

Hana Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic, located in the Tayoung Apartment complex in Sindorim, is quite famous in the neighborhood. It's a clinic that provides good care and is open even on holidays. I visited because my throat was scratchy and I felt something was stuck. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment for the same day and see the head doctor. Even though there were a lot of people, I didn't mind waiting about 10 minutes if my reserved slot got pushed back a bit; it's just how things are. Once inside, the doctor asked about my symptoms and examined my throat, ears, and nose with an endoscope, providing detailed explanations about my condition and the diagnosis as we went along. Despite being busy and known for having many patients, all the doctors and nurses are very kind! Sometimes, when there are a lot of people, the clinic does feel a bit small.

I visited because I had lost my voice and was coughing. Since it’s a clinic in a new building, the facilities were all clean and nice, and I liked how bright it was. I went in around 4 p.m. on a weekday without an appointment and was seen after waiting about five minutes. I was examined by the doctor. They checked my larynx with a laryngoscope and made sure it didn’t hurt. After the consultation, I also received a nebulizer treatment. They used a disposable paper cup for the device that came into contact with my mouth and nose, so it felt clean and comfortable. I was glad that my symptoms improved after getting a prescription. The reception staff were also friendly, and I would visit again. One downside, though, is that the building is so large that it wasn’t easy to find the clinic even after arriving at the right floor. It would be helpful to have signs or something similar.

This is the pediatric clinic I visit every time my child gets sick. I can't tell you how great it is to be so close to home. Haha. This time, I didn't go because my child was sick, but to get a prescription for the allergy rhinitis spray I've been using. Because it was clean and the facilities were comfortable, I noticed a lot of people from the neighborhood waiting there. Despite that, they were pretty quick with the consultations, so the wait wasn't too long.

The nurses and the administrative staff were all very kind as well. The hospital was clean and much bigger than I expected. It seemed to have a sleep center too. I received inhalation treatment in the respiratory therapy room and was prescribed medication before leaving. I hope I get better quickly, and if I ever have cold symptoms again, I’ll be coming here for ENT care.

My throat and nasal cold suddenly got much worse, so I went to the nearby Eungam Yonsei ENT Clinic. Since it’s a medical building, there are also Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, an Eye Clinic, a Dental Clinic, Urology, and a pharmacy on the first floor, so it seems to have pretty much every kind of clinic you might need. The Eungam Yonsei ENT Clinic is on the third floor. There’s an elevator and a parking lot behind the building, so it’s convenient to get there either on foot or by car. Judging by the “Yonsei” in the hospital’s name, I assume the doctor graduated from Yonsei University College of Medicine. There were also two nurses. Maybe because it’s the change of seasons, there were quite a lot of patients. The clinic is small and cozy, and the nurses were friendly as well as the doctor. The doctor examined me very carefully, so even though I was feeling sick, I left feeling good about the visit.

We visited because my child was showing cold symptoms. My child always starts a cold with nasal congestion and a runny nose, and it doesn’t last very long. After taking medicine for about five days, the symptoms go away. In the past, my child had a cough that lasted way too long, so we went to another hospital, but it didn’t get better. I talked about it while seeing Dr. Lee Joo-hong, and the cough got better quickly after taking the medicine he prescribed. So ever since then, whenever my child catches a cold, we always go to Lee Joo-hong Internal Medicine, see the doctor, and take the prescribed medicine. The doctor explains things well and is very kind. He also talks to my child so warmly that my child likes him too. My child used to take liquid medicine, but has grown up and now takes tablets well too. It’s close to our home, and other clinics are also gathered nearby, so it’s in a convenient location to visit.

Jeong Pediatrics is where my whole family has gone, so the doctor knows exactly what’s wrong and where it hurts. She carefully examined me while I had phlegm and some nasal discharge, prescribed medication suited to my symptoms, and after taking it, I’m feeling much better now. I think I’ll be fully recovered in another two or three days with just a little more care. Maybe because she’s a female doctor, she has a calm manner and explains things very well.

The nurse’s friendliness was average. Since it was my first visit, checking my ID was required. I got the impression that there were many first-time patients because they were checking IDs. The care was kind, and I felt reassured because they prescribed the necessary treatment and medication appropriately. After receiving treatment this time and taking my medication as directed, my throat pain improved a lot. The staff are always friendly, and the clinic is clean and comfortable, so I can visit without any stress. I would recommend this ENT clinic to anyone looking for a place nearby that they can trust and visit regularly. I’ll probably continue coming here whenever I have symptoms related to my throat or nose.

This is Samsung The Clear ENT Clinic, which I visit about two or three times a year. My whole family goes here too. We only come in when we have problems with our nose, throat, or ears, and if we’re not seriously ill, we go to Internal Medicine instead. The clinic isn’t very spacious, but it’s clean, and the wait usually isn’t that long. There’s also a pharmacy right outside the entrance, so it’s very convenient to get prescriptions filled. I don’t think they over-treat patients. The doctor explains things in detail, and the nurses are also quite friendly, so we continue to go there with confidence. There is another ENT clinic nearby, but this place seems to suit me and my family. That’s just my personal opinion, so I recommend trying it out and deciding for yourself.

I have rhinitis, so I often visit with my son. It can be tough waiting because there are a lot of people, but I trust this place, so I only come here. Since waiting with my son can be difficult, there are plenty of things to see nearby, so I just check in and then we go explore. We go shopping at the nearby Daiso, eat some street food, and if there's anything we need around, we take a look and make purchases. Also, when we go to the clinic, we don't have to wait that long for treatment. Everyone is so kind that it feels easy. It can be hard to wait when you're in a lot of pain, though. That's definitely the biggest downside. After the doctor cleans my nose, it can be tough while it's happening, but afterwards I feel so refreshed and good.

He also performed an endoscopy, checking my throat and nasal passages thoroughly. It didn't feel rushed at all, which made the wait feel less frustrating. The prescription was fine, and the staff at the front desk were generally kind. Considering only the wait time, I think I'd be willing to visit again :)

I've been going to this ENT for 10 years, and on the doctor's recommendation, I had the rhinitis surgery done with radiofrequency. They said the recovery period is about 2 to 3 weeks and the effects will be great, but it's only been 4 days, so I'm still uncomfortable with the scabs. I'm hoping for a dramatic effect in a month. I can't wait to not suffer anymore and, as the doctor said, I hope a new world opens up for me. The surgery time was really short. If you take out the time for preparing and getting IV fluids, the actual surgery took about 10 minutes? I was really surprised at how quick it was. If it works well, I’ll definitely recommend it to friends who are struggling. They said I only need to come in for disinfection every 2 to 3 days, and when I go, it's just a simple process of putting some cotton in my nose for a bit and then removing it.
