I had the Hiko procedure done, and it hurt a little bit during, but I held on because I wanted to look beautiful. Before, my nostrils were flared out, but after the procedure, they got much narrower and I'm so happy! The photo after the procedure is one I took right after.

My mother is a regular here, and I went in because I couldn’t breathe due to a cold in my nose and throat. I was barely able to breathe, wheezing, but they told me to put on a mask, which really annoyed me. I went there because I couldn’t breathe—were they telling me to die? I thought I was about to die, but they kept going on about their procedures. None of the nurses were even wearing masks, yet they told someone who was gasping for breath to put one on. The doctor was wearing a mask and was kind. I’m not really sure whether the nurses were kind or not.

The hospital facility is clean, and the nurses are really friendly! The doctor examines everything thoroughly; I went in for a sore throat, but he also checked my nose and ears. He also prescribed extra medication since I can’t come often, which is great! The whole building is mostly a hospital, so there are a lot of visitors. There is someone to assist with parking, but the parking lot is small, making it really hard to park. Because of the cars waiting to park, the entrance is too narrow to get through easily. It's better to just walk.

I kept having a runny nose and a scratchy throat, so I visited Medi Seoul ENT for cold symptoms. They carefully checked my current symptoms and examined my throat as well. I went in thinking it was just a simple cold, but they found a nasal polyp and recommended that I go to a larger hospital for surgery. They were really thorough during the consultation! I feel like it was discovered quickly thanks to the doctor. They also prescribed the medication I needed. I’ll definitely come back the next time I need to see an ENT specialist.

I woke up in the morning and it hurt so much to swallow, it felt like there was glass stuck in my throat... I thought maybe it was just from pushing myself too hard for a few days, so I tried to hold on by sipping warm water, but by the afternoon, the pain got so bad I could hardly even swallow water, so I ended up going to the hospital ㅠㅠ I visited the nearby Clear Spring Ear, Nose, and Throat clinic, but there were quite a few patients waiting. While I was registering and waiting, I thought to myself, 'Maybe I should have just taken some medicine from the pharmacy and coped with it'... I was really anxious about the tools they had to put in my nose. When I finally got into the examination room, the doctor looked inside my throat and said, "Oh wow, it's really swollen. It must have been hard to talk," and I felt a wave of relief because it seemed like he understood how I felt... T_T He explained everything in detail and even disinfected my throat and nose, and thankfully it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would when he sprayed the medicine on ㅎㅎ I got a shot in my butt and they prescribed me some medication. Thanks to the shot, I took the medicine and after getting a good night's sleep, the scratchiness was much better ^^ I guess I was foolish for waiting so long to go... Everyone, if you're in pain, don't hesitate and go to the hospital right away!

I received treatment for cold symptoms at Hana ENT. I visited due to sore throat, coughing, and nasal discharge, and the doctor asked thorough questions and checked my throat and nose carefully, which made me trust them. They informed me that it was not just a common cold but also some inflammation in the larynx, providing a prescription and lifestyle management tips. After taking the medicine for about two days, my throat pain reduced significantly, and my cough improved, so I was satisfied. The waiting time wasn't long, and overall, it was a friendly experience. I would like to return if I have any cold symptoms again.

My child suddenly came down with a fever, a stuffy nose, and was sneezing repeatedly, so I was worried and visited Jeong Pediatric Clinic. Usually, my child often gets colds and has nasal allergies, so I thought it would be fine to rest at home at first, but since the fever kept rising, I decided to go straight to the hospital. During the registration process, the nurse carefully recorded my child's symptoms and temperature, which gave me a sense of reassurance even though it was our first visit. Upon entering the exam room, the doctor checked everything one by one: the fever, the degree of nasal congestion, the amount and condition of the nasal discharge, and even the breathing sounds, while explaining the current state. The doctor kindly guided me to understand whether it was just a simple cold, a worsening of the allergies, or a possibility of another condition, which made it easy to understand. The necessary tests and prescriptions were appropriately handled, minimizing any burden on my child. Thanks to the prescribed fever reducer, nasal drops, and allergy relief medication, my child gradually stabilized, and the doctor provided detailed advice on how to manage the situation at home, making recovery much easier. Overall, the care was kind and meticulous, so if my child shows symptoms of fever or nasal allergies again, I would definitely consider visiting again.

Since last week, I have been suffering from stuffy nose and itchy throat, so I visited a nearby Plus ENT clinic without an appointment. It was around 3 PM on a weekday, and since I registered in advance, the wait was less than 10 minutes before I was called in. (There were many reviews praising the registration and appointment system, and it turned out to be true.) As soon as the doctor heard my symptoms, he checked my nose thoroughly with a nasal endoscope. He diagnosed me with "chronic rhinitis mixed with allergic factors" and explained the level of inflammation with photos, which helped me understand. When I went to another hospital before, I just received a prescription and that was it. But here, they explained step by step why these symptoms occur, which made me trust them. The prescription included an antihistamine, a nasal spray, and an anti-inflammatory medication. The doctor also provided detailed instructions on possible side effects. The nurses were kind too; when I was getting an injection, they said, "Breathe slowly~" to help me feel more comfortable. It didn't even take 5 minutes to get my medication filled at the pharmacy after the consultation. Overall, the wait time was short, and the explanations were detailed.

I caught a cold while visiting the countryside during the holidayㅠㅠ My nose kept running and my throat felt scratchy, so I visited Dasarang ENT Clinic. I was glad they carefully checked my throat and nose. They explained everything in an easy-to-understand way and prescribed the medication I needed, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. I was worried because colds seem to last a long time these days, but the medicine seems to be working well. They were very kind, so if I need to see an ENT again, I plan to visit them next time too.

I’d like to share my experience after visiting the ENT clinic. I’ve been struggling with rhinitis and nasal congestion, and I’ve been to several hospitals, but the ENT clinic had a generally high level of satisfaction. First off, the flow from registration to the consultation was neat, and the waiting system was so well-organized that I didn’t have to wait long, which was great. The explanation from the medical staff was very detailed and wasn’t just a simple 'You have rhinitis.' They showed me the current state of my nose on a screen and calmly explained the causes and treatment direction, which made me trust them more. I was impressed that they were not annoyed when I asked questions and answered each one thoughtfully. The treatment was focused on the necessary areas without being excessive, and they explained why they prescribed each medication, which put my mind at ease. The nurses were generally kind, and their responses were smooth, which made the hospital atmosphere comfortable. I felt like it was a suitable ENT clinic for both kids and adults, and I believe it’s definitely a place I would recommend to anyone seeking help for rhinitis or nasal issues.

I struggle with rhinitis and pharyngitis every time the seasons change, but I received truly satisfying care during my recent visit here. The doctor personally showed me the condition of my nose and throat with an endoscope, clearly diagnosing the cause, which made me trust him. I felt their careful consideration during the treatment process, ensuring I wasn't uncomfortable when the instruments were used, and after taking the prescribed medication, the swelling went down in just two days, making it much easier to breathe. They didn’t just give me medication; they also provided detailed practical advice on nasal irrigation techniques and tips for managing indoor humidity, which have been a great help in my daily life. I really appreciated how they treated patients honestly without unnecessary procedures, and the waiting system was efficient, saving time. It's a reliable hospital that I always trust to visit. The nurses also always greet me with bright smiles, making me feel good every time I go there. I definitely want to recommend it to anyone struggling with respiratory issues.

I visited an ENT because my throat was swelling and my nasal congestion was getting worse every seasonal change. At first, I thought it was just a simple cold, but after the examination, I was told that I also had symptoms of rhinitis. The hospital used equipment that allowed me to see the inside of my nose, so the explanation was easy to understand. During the consultation, they also asked about my usual habits and indoor environment, and I learned that a dry environment could worsen my symptoms. After that, I received detailed guidance on how to clean my nose and manage my condition, and I also started drug therapy. They explained the medication usage and precautions thoroughly, so I felt comfortable beginning the treatment. After a few days of consistent care, my nasal congestion gradually decreased, and breathing became much easier. What I appreciated the most was that it wasn't just about prescribing medication; they also provided methods for managing my condition to reduce the risk of recurrence. It was an eye-opening experience that made me realize how the symptoms I usually overlooked were connected to my lifestyle.

I went to an ENT clinic because my throat had been feeling scratchy for several days when I woke up in the morning, and swallowing saliva felt uncomfortable every time. At first, I thought it would get better after getting some sleep, but even drinking water made me aware of my throat, so I decided to get it checked. In the consultation room, I explained when my throat had started feeling uncomfortable and whether I had recently experienced symptoms like a runny nose or cough. The doctor looked inside my mouth and checked the back of my throat, as well as the condition of my nose. When I mentioned that I felt a particularly sharp, prickly sensation when swallowing, the doctor explained my condition with a focus on that area. After the consultation, I was told what to be careful about in my daily life so as not to irritate my throat, and was advised to drink plenty of water and monitor how it progressed. I had thought it was just a mildly scratchy throat, but after having it examined and hearing the explanation, I was able to sort out the things I had been worrying about unnecessarily on my own. Once I found out why I had been uncomfortable for several days, I felt much more at ease.

Last year, I had a cold and went to another hospital’s Internal Medicine department for about a month, but I didn’t get better. So I visited this ENT clinic, and thanks to the thoughtful care and accurate prescription from the doctor in Exam Room 1, I started feeling better as soon as I took the medicine and recovered completely. I also learned that as I’ve gotten older, I developed allergic rhinitis that I never used to have, which is why it lasted so long and felt like a cold. Since then, whenever I feel like I’m coming down with a cold, I find myself visiting an ENT clinic first. This time, after getting through the intense heat, a gentle breeze started blowing, and my nose felt tingly and my throat felt scratchy. I heard that the flu and COVID were both going around, so I quickly visited this ENT clinic. The doctor in Exam Room 1 was away, so I saw another kind doctor, received treatment and a prescription, and seemed to get a little better, but after the weekend the symptoms came back. After visiting twice, I finally saw the doctor in Exam Room 1 on my third visit. My symptoms improved as soon as I took the medicine, and I slept soundly until morning without waking up at dawn or coughing through the night. I feel so refreshed and relieved. As expected, during the change of seasons, it seems better to visit an ENT clinic before going to Internal Medicine for cold symptoms. And a huge thank-you to the nurse who gave me two shots on the first day—she administered them so painlessly that I was genuinely surprised. Thank you so much!

However, when I came for my appointment, I found out I had cavities and inflammation, which meant there were many issues to treat. Even though I come all the way from Seoul for treatment, both Dr. Un and the nursing staff are so dedicated to my care that I'm really satisfied. They kindly guide me on dental treatments and proper brushing techniques, which has been a big help.

I ended up visiting after looking around quite a few places for my revision rhinoplasty. I had consultations at over 10 clinics, and chose Private out of all of them for my surgery. Since it was a revision, the materials and prices varied a lot from clinic to clinic, but Private’s consultation was very thorough, and the price was reasonable compared with other clinics using the same materials. The surgery went well, and I’m completely satisfied hehe. I really trusted them because they didn’t give vague answers during the consultation haha. They’re always kind whenever I visit after the surgery or call with questions. Most importantly, the results are great, so I’m extremely satisfied haha.

It's a relatively large general hospital located at the end of Yangsan, but I went to the emergency room after my blood pressure spiked and I collapsed late at night, and I didn't really receive any treatment, so the next day I went to another hospital for a detailed examination. At that time, it was during the height of COVID, so visitors weren't allowed, which was quite inconvenient, and the fact that they only did a CT scan and said nothing was wrong added to my anxiety. If you have to go, I would recommend Yangsan Busan National University Hospital. It didn't seem like they were unfriendly, but more like they were conducting fewer tests.

Maybe because of the big temperature swings between morning and evening, I woke up with a scratchy throat, a stuffy nose, and a headache. I had to go to work, so I went to a hospital near my home. Since I had been going there for a long time, the doctor kindly checked my throat and told me that my tonsils were swollen, so I should drink water frequently. I also felt like I was coming down with the flu, so I got an intramuscular injection in my buttock and took the cold medicine that was prescribed. The pharmacist explained that I should take it after meals and that it might make me sleepy and cause dry mouth.^^

I was experiencing such a strong sensation of mucus dripping down the back of my throat that it was really uncomfortable in my everyday life. When I woke up in the morning, my throat felt constricted and I kept having to clear it, and even during meetings or conversations, I had this constant feeling that something was stuck in my throat, which prompted me to visit the ENT clinic. At first, I thought it was just a lingering effect of a simple cold, but since the symptoms persisted for weeks, I decided to get a proper examination. The clinic thoroughly checked the condition of my nose and throat and explained the reasons why postnasal drip occurs in detail. They particularly mentioned that there could be various causes, such as allergies, rhinitis, and sinus problems, and I appreciated how they made my current condition easy to understand. The examination was very thorough, and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions about my concerns. After the consultation, they provided detailed guidance on treatment options to alleviate my symptoms, lifestyle management methods, indoor humidity control, nasal care techniques, and precautions to take in daily life, which was really helpful. Above all, I was grateful that they explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand as a patient, and that they empathized with the uncomfortable symptoms I was experiencing.
