A doctor who may seem a bit blunt. But the hospital’s kindness, thoroughness, and consistency make me want to come back. This is the hospital I kept visiting nonstop since my child was little—for rhinitis, snoring, nosebleeds, and more. Now my children are grown, and I came back recently because one of them developed an ear problem. I guess the doctor couldn’t escape the passage of time either. I’m grateful to the doctor for still treating us so thoroughly.

Every change of season, I get nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy eyes without fail. The clinic is close to my office, and there’s a public parking lot right next door, so I was able to stop by quickly during lunch. I visited at 11:55 and there were 10 people waiting (as expected, it was packed with patients). Still, I was seen and got an injection within 20 minutes before heading out. I was so grateful that the doctor also prescribed eye drops, which I hadn’t even thought of~

I visited on a weekday afternoon. I was seen by Department 3. There was a waiting screen, so it wasn’t boring waiting for my turn. When I went into the consultation room, I told the doctor that I wasn’t feeling well because I had a runny nose, cough, and phlegm. The doctor listened to everything I said, performed a nasal endoscopy, and carefully examined my throat. After taking the prescribed medication, my symptoms improved.

Now that there’s an ENT clinic close to home, I’m so happy! My child has bronchial issues and rhinitis, so every seasonal change we're often dealing with colds and stuffy noses. Being nearby makes it easy to visit the clinic without feeling pressured. There’s one doctor, and he’s always friendly whenever we go. It’s also great that I can pay with the Muan Love gift certificate. The nurses are kind too. Since it's a new clinic, I love that it’s clean and tidy. Plus, there’s a coffee shop on the same floor, which is nice while waiting.

I think it's because I spend almost 11 hours a day driving, but I developed a cold and tinnitus, so I visited the ENT. The hardest part is the tinnitus, so they checked my hearing and eardrums for any issues. Fortunately, everything was normal, and they advised me to be careful of the hot weather, stay hydrated, and get some rest for tinnitus treatment. They also mentioned that since there are overlapping prescriptions with the internal medicine doctor, I should only take what was prescribed today. If the tinnitus continues, they said I might need to undergo a minor surgery to create a hole in the eardrum, so they urged me to consistently take the medication to help improve my condition. They dressed both sides of my nose and also applied a procedure to blow air into each nostril to help clear my ears.

The nurses immediately recognize the kids and treat them kindly as soon as they check their temperature. On that day, my child had a high fever and was feeling weak. Upon seeing the doctor, they quickly performed a flu test, and based on the rapid positive result, prescribed Tamiflu and oral hydration solution. Within a day, my child's fever went down, and they were able to eat. I can't express how relieved I am. The flu is going around these days, and if we had been a day or two late, my child would have had a really hard time. Thank you for the prompt treatment.

After moving, I was looking for a hospital for a health check-up and came across Sokpyeonhan Hope Internal Medicine. I found out that it’s a hospital that hasn’t been open for too long. The hospital is clean, and the internal medicine staff are really friendly. I made a reservation for the health check-up and also got my flu and COVID shots while I was there. The doctor is great, and the staff at the nurse’s desk are nice too. The health check-up center is clean, but the machine for measuring height is an old one! I measured 3 cm shorter than I did recently, which was so upsetting, haha. I had to take medication for the colonoscopy, and somehow I lost 3 kg! Amazing, haha. I had a good experience with the health check-up and felt comfortable during the upper and lower endoscopies. Overall, I liked that Sokpyeonhan Hope Internal Medicine is clean, so I’ll definitely come back next time!

I've never seen a place that explained things like how to clean your nose, how to gargle, and what lifestyle changes to make to recover quickly in such detail. Even though the wait was a bit long, I think I’ll probably choose Good Morning ENT for my future colds.
