I’m the type of person who easily comes down with colds and flu-like symptoms, and lately my snoring has been getting worse day by day. I’ve even developed sleep apnea, putting my health at greater risk. So I visited the nearby Hana ENT Clinic. When they didn’t use an appointment system, there were so many patients and such a long wait that it was difficult to just sit there and wait, but now most patients use the appointment system, which seems like a great way to minimize waiting time. The doctors are also young and there are several of them, and they provide consultations and examinations. They don’t just talk with you—they actually look inside the patient’s nose and mouth and check everything in detail. They also prescribed treatment so I could rinse and care for my nose afterward. It’s an even better clinic because, although it’s a clinic, it feels more like a hospital-level facility.

The doctors are also several young physicians who provide examinations and consultations, and they don’t just talk with you—they actually look inside the patient’s nose and mouth and check everything in detail. They also prescribe treatment so you can perform nasal rinses and continue with proper care afterward, making it an even better clinic—almost like a hospital-level facility.

A fairly cool breeze started blowing in the mornings and evenings, and before I knew it, I came down with a cold as I couldn’t handle the change in weather from summer to fall. I went to a local ENT clinic because of my constant runny nose, occasional sneezing, and phlegm that would come up from time to time. After checking in and sitting in the waiting room, I noticed quite a few patients, like me, sniffling or coughing, which made me realize that the change of seasons was really upon us. When I went into the examination room and spoke with the doctor, I was relieved to hear that it wasn’t anything serious. However, I was told that the inside of my nose was quite swollen due to the temperature fluctuations and dryness. The doctor advised me to drink warm water frequently and prescribed five days’ worth of medication, so I headed home. I’ve only been taking the medicine for a day, so I don’t feel any improvement yet, but I guess I’ll have to wait and see a little longer.

My child got a foreign object stuck deep up their nose while playing with a friend, so we went to the doctor. I was really worried since they were crying and frightened, but the doctor was a real pro and was able to calmly soothe my child and safely remove the object. Once my child lay down on the comfortable medical bed, they seemed to relax and didn't fuss at all. The hospital environment was really clean and well-organized.

I had a cough and cold symptoms, possibly from the COVID outbreak, so I went in. This clinic is really well-known in the area, so I've always trusted it. The doctor was very kind and I appreciated how actively he examined me, especially with the COVID resurgence making things a bit cautious. The facilities are really clean, and the nurses are great too. I recommend it.

I suddenly had really bad runny nose and sneezing, so I went to the hospital. They diagnosed me with allergic rhinitis and prescribed some medication and a nasal spray. It's my first time dealing with rhinitis, so it was surprising. What's amazing is that I feel like I'm improving a lot after taking the medication, which is a relief. Every time I come here, the doctor is really kind, which is why it’s always so crowded.

The inside was clean, and the doctor explained everything kindly. I received good care, and my child’s flu shot was completed without any problems.

I had a terrible sore throat that kept me up all night, so as soon as morning came, I rushed to the Eunseongmo Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic. There were a lot of patients waiting, probably because of the changing season. 😢 Even though I left right after taking my son to school, I ended up waiting for about an hour and 40 minutes. 😢 I was seen by Dr. Yulkyun, the head physician, who was shocked when he checked my throat and nose with an endoscope. He said that my throat, which is in between the nose and the mouth, had swollen up a lot overnight, and that with this level of swelling, just staying still would already be incredibly painful! 😢 He prescribed antibiotics since I needed them, along with some cold medicine, and gave me a shot as well. As soon as I got home and took a pack of medicine, the pain subsided by more than half! 😢 Dr. Yulkyun really takes great care of me, but the hospital fees are about twice as high compared to other ENT clinics, so it can be hard to go unless I'm truly in a lot of pain like this time. ^^; If it weren't for the hospital fees, I would feel more comfortable going even when I catch a cold. 😢 With my entire family of four all catching colds, the hospital fees quickly go over 40,000 won, which honestly puts a lot of pressure on me. 😢 If only the hospital fees were lowered like other ENT clinics, it would truly be the best hospital with nothing to wish for! ^^

It's a shame there isn't any parking, but the expertise here is definitely worth it. There's absolutely no unnecessary treatment, and the doctor really takes the time to check the patient's condition thoroughly. They explain symptoms in detail, which made me feel reassured during my visit. The prescribed medication is really effective. I usually find that medications from other hospitals don't work well, but the ones I got here really do. Plus, they even do things like nasal irrigation and disinfection endoscopy, so I feel like I can trust them. The nurses aren't super friendly, but they're also not unfriendly. Haha, after trying other places, I ended up coming back here again. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for proper treatment.

I briefly went to Bucheon for an errand and ended up with a blocked nose, so I had to rush to a nearby hospital. It was really convenient that they were open on the weekend. A doctor who may seem a bit blunt. But the hospital’s kindness, thoroughness, and consistency make me want to come back. This is the hospital I kept visiting nonstop since my child was little—for rhinitis, snoring, nosebleeds, and more. Now my children are grown, and I came back recently because one of them developed an ear problem. I guess the doctor couldn’t escape the passage of time either. I’m grateful to the doctor for still treating us so thoroughly.

Not rushing to use antibiotics and explaining everything based on my child's condition, as well as thoughtfully answering my questions, made this clinic much better than other pediatric practices.

They seem a bit indifferent, yet they still take good care of you, which gives mixed feelings. But for me, the medicine here works really well, so I always come back.

There are two doctors, but I keep seeing Dr. Choi Gi-yong. I came here once as a guardian and saw him in action, so I decided to get treated by him too. He explains everything well. I told him my symptoms, and if he suspects anything, he suggests additional tests and informs me. I wasn't dealing with a cold, but one side of my nose is blocked and my throat hurts only on one side, so I went to see him. Since I didn't have a fever, I thought medication from the pharmacy would be enough, but after taking it for over a week, I still wasn't getting better. After listening to me, he checked my throat and nose and mentioned that although it’s not swollen much, he could see a bit of swelling and prescribed allergy medication. He also suggested that if I have acid reflux, that could explain my throat symptoms, and to check if they worsen after meals. I'm still taking the medication, and I'm feeling a bit better.
