It hasn’t even been a month since my surgery, so there is still some swelling, and my nose hasn’t reached its final shape yet. But based on how it looks so far, I’m happy with it because it seems to have turned out naturally, just as I wanted. At this point, I feel like I made the right decision by having my first rhinoplasty with an autologous dermal graft. If you’re hesitant about implants or want a natural change like I did, I think an autologous dermal graft is worth considering as one option and discussing at a consultation!

I went because I had a lot of wrinkles on my face. I usually get treatments regularly, but it's been a while since my last one and they don't seem to hold events often. So I was waiting, and when they finally had an event, I rushed over to get Botox. I had a lot of wrinkles around my nose too, and they treated that. I did end up with some bruising, though. Still, I feel like the wrinkles have definitely reduced, so I'm happy with the results!
