When COVID was rampant, I visited the hospital out of caution. I spent the time easily following his advice. Looking back now, I'm really grateful~♡^^

I am currently in a very weak state, having become the ultimate immunity weakling. I've been really suffering from a cold that started this winter and other ongoing illnesses. I was diagnosed with sinusitis and received a prescription. They also disinfected my nose and throat. I was satisfied with the doctor's thorough examination and detailed explanations. It was very helpful when he informed me about what to watch out for in the future. I was told that treatment for sinusitis needs to be long-term. The doctor at Siloam ENT Clinic is skilled and very friendly, so I recommend it.

I visited the Dream Tree Pediatric Clinic near the Palgeoreok area, next to the Shinsegae Oriental Medicine Clinic and near the Kookmin Bank. There's a flower shop on the first floor, so I usually find the entrance to the building while looking for the flowers. There's a mini library, and they have play equipment for the kids, making it less boring while waiting for the appointment. They have plenty of books in the library and comfortable seating areas to rest, which is lovely. The staff is friendly, and the doctor provides excellent care, so I go there right away when my child is sick. There aren’t many places that can clear the nose, but I was thankful they did that when we went for my child's cold and rhinitis treatment. The building is conveniently designed, so we could easily get the medication at the pharmacy on the first floor.

These days, it’s hard to find a place that offers dermatology services that aren’t just cosmetic, so I’m really glad this clinic provides medical dermatology services. The doctor has a lot of experience, so I felt completely at ease during my visit. I went in because I had some sores on my nose, and it turned out to be herpes (2 weeks on the nose/1 week on the lip area), so I was prescribed some ointment. When I mentioned that I sometimes suffer from itching, they also prescribed me some oral medication. The doctor is so seasoned, I was able to get all the help I needed in just one visit with the prescribed medication. There are lots of patients, but there are also plenty of doctors, and if you don’t have a specific doctor you want to see, you can be seen within 5 minutes. There’s a parking lot in front of the building, but it’s usually more than half full, so you might have to wait a little bit. Local currency Daegu Pay isn’t accepted here.

Above all, she also gave me the tip that wearing a mask can really help, even if it’s uncomfortable.

I thought they would just check my throat, but during the examination, they carefully used an endoscope to look from my nose all the way down into my throat, which I appreciated. They also explained what might be causing the symptoms I was experiencing and examined the condition of my throat in detail, which put me at ease. After the examination, they prescribed medication suited to my symptoms. After taking the medicine and getting some rest, my uncomfortable throat pain gradually started to feel better. They examined me so thoroughly without making it feel rushed or superficial that I’d like to come back if I have any discomfort in my throat or nose in the future. Overall, I was very satisfied with the visit because everything was explained so kindly.

I visited on February 24, and while I felt better after taking the medication, it worsened, so I got treated on March 9.
