I originally had allergies and rhinitis symptoms, but recently they got worse, making it difficult for me to go about my daily life, so I went to a bright and clean ENT clinic for treatment. The hospital is small but the facilities are neat and comfortable. The doctor was very thorough in asking about my history and checked my nose and throat. He said my rhinitis symptoms were quite severe, which is probably why I was struggling so much. There's no complete cure for rhinitis, but he said it needs to be managed well. I got a prescription for a nasal spray and a week's worth of oral medication to help lessen my rhinitis. I plan to go back next week for another check-up. I'm feeling a bit better now. The doctor here is attentive and meticulous, and above all, I appreciate that there’s no over-treatment.

The doctor diagnosed me with tonsillitis, checked my throat, and advised me to stay warm and drink cold water. My nose was blocked, so he also checked that and prescribed medication. I found it a bit strange that he asked me how many days' worth of medication I wanted, but since I didn't want to take Western medicine for long, I asked for just three days' worth. After taking the first day's dose, I felt a bit better, but I wasn't fully healed, so after finishing all three days, I almost recovered completely and stopped taking the medicine. About a week later, I was fully healed.

I appreciated the clear guidelines that if I don’t see improvement in a few days or if I develop a fever, I should come back for a follow-up, which really helped in setting my management plan.

It’s a clinic I’d like to visit again if I develop similar symptoms in the future.

I came in with cold symptoms. The parking situation is a bit tight, which can be inconvenient, but it’s the closest place to home, so I usually visit here. Since I arrived a bit early, there weren't many patients waiting, so I was able to see the doctor right after a short wait. After measuring my temperature, the doctor carefully examined my throat and nose, provided feedback on my symptoms, and mentioned that they were severe, so they prescribed an injection and some medication right away. After receiving the injection and a nasal treatment, my appointment was done! The nurse was there for about 3 minutes, and the doctor always communicates the symptoms in an objective manner. It's also convenient to get my prescribed medication right at the pharmacy on the first floor. I hope to get better quickly after taking the medication!

When it was my turn and I entered the examination room, the doctor carefully examined my throat and nasal passages with an endoscope. Instead of just getting a prescription, they actually disinfected the affected area and completed infrared treatment, and it felt so much easier to breathe afterward. The doctor emphasized that staying hydrated and getting enough rest are the most important things.

My baby has had a runny nose and been sneezing a lot for the past few days, so we went to the hospitalㅠㅠ There was no fever and my baby seemed fine otherwise, but since the runny nose kept going, I wanted to get checked in case it was a cold. We were prescribed medicine, and the doctor told us to give the baby plenty of water at home and take good care of the nose. There’s still a little bit of a runny nose, but thankfully it’s not too bad. Goun Seongmo ENT Clinic at Mokdong Intersection in Gangseo-gu is truly the best^^ There are two doctors, and both of them are incredibly kind and very thorough during consultations. My throat had been hurting badly for two days, and my nose was running nonstop... I was congested and had a cough, phlegm, body aches, sneezing... It was like my cold came as a complete package. I had some medication at home that had been prescribed by an Internal Medicine clinic, so I took it for two days, but I didn’t get better. So this morning, I rushed to Goun Seongmo ENT Clinic right when it opened. As expected, the doctor told me that I’d reached the point where I needed to take antibiotics. The doctor even performed a nasal rinse personally and carefully used an endoscope to examine the inside of my throat. Doctor~~ Thank you so much^^

I chose this place because of good reviews and its proximity to my home, and it turned out to be a clean, quiet facility. The reception was friendly, and the doctor was thorough in checking me out! After being diagnosed with rhinitis and disinfecting my nose, I got a prescription, and after taking it a few times, I’m all better now!^^ I think I’ll continue to rely on Pangyo Seoul ENT in the future~~! ; )

This is the clinic I visit often because the doctor is friendly and the pharmacy is right downstairs, so I can get my medication easily. Plus, the male doctor doesn't make me feel uncomfortable at all and is really kind. I'm a regular here, so whenever I'm not feeling well, I come in for whatever I need—like for a cold, flu, stomach issues, flu shots, when I catch COVID, when I'm throwing up, etc. Without this clinic, our village would be in trouble. Also, doesn't getting a flu shot usually hurt a lot? At this internal medicine clinic, I didn't feel a thing, which is amazing! I was actually hesitant to go for a COVID test because of the pain, but I would definitely go back here… The nurses were so gentle that I'd love to go back… So let's all try to stay healthy!

It seems like they do a lot of filler injections, so I'm considering other options too^^!! Not only the doctor, but the staff were extremely friendly, which really lifted my spirits. I've heard that nose fillers can be quite painful, but they were super considerate and even provided a cushion because they were concerned about the pain! I also took advantage of the first-visit event to book other treatments at a discounted rate, so I'm going to try to schedule multiple procedures at once! There are two doctors, one male and one female, and even though they are busy, they always provide great care with a smile and check everything thoroughly from my ears to my nose and throat. This time, my nose and throat were really bad, so I got a prescription, and I already feel like I'm getting better quickly~~
