I received treatment for a cold and rhinitis, but my cough hadn’t improved for months, so I got asthma medication prescribed and have been taking medication for rhinitis as well, and I'm getting better. The doctor pays close attention and is very kind, which is great^^

The inflammation next to my nose got really bad, so I looked up reviews and rushed in~ I went because they have a dermatology specialist, and I got an anti-inflammatory injection. They told me to come back a week later, so I returned for treatment~ The wait was a bit long, but since they have a dermatology specialist, I waited and received good care.

I visited in December 2025 with the beginnings of a cold and received kind care! The front desk was also friendly, and the doctor used a stethoscope to check my back. I got a three-day supply of medication and it helped, but due to the cold weather, my nasal cold worsened, so I returned for a check-up after ten days. The friendly front desk was still there, but the doctor's exam was a bit lacking! I think he was an older gentleman and might have been a bit tired in the afternoon, as he seemed a little dry during the consultation. However, he did inform me that long-term use of cold medicine can be harmful, which was helpful. I hope to recover soon!

The inside of the clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the reception desk welcomed me kindly, so I was able to wait comfortably. The doctor listened carefully to my symptoms, thoroughly checked the inside of my throat and the condition of my nose, and explained everything kindly, which put me at ease. I also received an IV drip, and I appreciated that they administered it without causing any pain. I was very satisfied with the thorough and friendly care.

Around 2017, I was looking for chin surgery and ended up visiting Dr. Coco to see if it would be better for me. The doctor didn’t really say anything that instilled a lot of trust, and with the way he presented himself and how the nurses stood behind him, I felt a bit uncomfortable. The farewell wasn’t really something special either.

If I just take cold medicine for too long, it makes my stomach hurt and is uncomfortable, but with the nose cleaning, my condition improves rapidly.

I usually have a hard time with antihistamines making me drowsy, but he prescribed just the right amount, so I wasn't impaired during the day at work. Thanks to him, I could breathe freely after just a few days. The clinic is neat, and the nursing staff is friendly, making for a pleasant visit. For those like me who deal with chronic rhinitis or throat pain, you definitely need to see Dr. Jung Hyun-soo. There's no excessive treatment, and he makes patients feel at ease, so I'm planning to stick with this clinic!

Even though I had received an injection and taken prescription medication from an Internal Medicine department at another hospital when I first had mild symptoms, they got worse, so I came here. I’m very grateful that I’ve now almost completely recovered. I plan to come back for another consultation after taking the five days’ worth of medication, depending on how my throat feels. I love that it's right in front of Park Ear Nose Throat Clinic. The doctor is so nice and kind, always gentle with my child. The medication works well too! When my child had COVID, the Park doctor helped them feel better. I highly recommend this hospital.

The cold seemed pretty severe, and they said the shots were painful, but the waiting time was short, which was nice. After taking the medicine for about two days, he feels much better.
