I took my second-grade child to an ENT doctor because they were experiencing cold symptoms. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were very friendly, so I felt comfortable from the very beginning. I was worried because my child tends to be a bit scared of hospitals, but the medical staff spoke gently and matched their level, which really helped ease their tension. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area was pleasant. I was also pleased that the appointments were run in a systematic way, so we didn't have to wait long. After the consultation, my child said their nose felt much better, and I was satisfied that we received trustworthy care. This is a hospital I would like to return to if my child experiences cold or nasal symptoms in the future.

I visited for the second time because of sinusitis. My stuffy nose and feeling of pressure had continued, so I came back for another consultation. I appreciated how thoroughly they checked the condition of my nose and explained my current symptoms in detail. After the consultation, my blocked nose felt much clearer, and breathing was more comfortable than before. Thankfully, my symptoms seem to be gradually improving compared with my first visit. The staff were also kind, and the hospital was clean and pleasant, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. It seems that sinusitis isn’t something that goes away in one visit and needs consistent management, so I’m taking the prescribed medication as directed and plan to continue treatment until my symptoms improve. I would also recommend it to anyone who is uncomfortable because of nasal congestion.

It’s close to home, so it’s convenient to visit right away whenever I have symptoms. Checking in through the app is convenient, and they really take the time to examine each patient properly. I went because my nose kept getting congested, and unlike a rushed visit where they just spray some medicine a few times and send you off, they suctioned out all the mucus deep inside my nose, which felt so relieving! They suctioned out the mucus and sprayed medicine. Since your eyes and nose may end up running, I recommend not wearing makeup. I’m also very satisfied that they took pictures inside my nose and explained everything so thoroughly. They don’t overprescribe medication either—they prescribe only what’s appropriately needed. The nurses are friendly too. There weren’t many people, so the wait wasn’t very long. They always check your ID, so make sure to bring it. I plan to keep coming back in the future.

This is our family's go-to hospital. We've been to the emergency room here several times since our kids were little, and we preferred this place over Soonchunhyang. My husband had a broken arm, our child had a broken nose, we've treated headaches, urology issues, and had growth plate checks for our second child, and we've been satisfied with all of it.

After checking in, I was able to see the doctor without a long wait, and they carefully asked about when my symptoms started and whether I had any allergies. While checking my nose, the doctor explained that my nasal mucosa was very sensitive due to rhinitis, which was easy to understand. I was advised that combining medication with nasal irrigation would be helpful, and they also shared tips on managing my lifestyle habits. After taking the prescribed medication for a few days, my nasal congestion gradually improved, and the frequency of my sneezing decreased, making my daily life much more comfortable. Overall, I felt it was a great clinic because the explanations were thorough and the care was kind, so I left feeling relaxed.
