It turned out to be a congenital allergy, but anyway, after getting a thorough explanation, I could accept it. He said the medication might not help, but still kindly explained how and when to take it, so these days my symptoms have gotten somewhat better.

Due to the nature of my job, I use my neck a lot and talk a lot, so I often catch colds in my throat or nose and end up visiting frequently. This is the only nearby ENT clinic, so I go here often, but it seems like they provide good care. To be honest, the consultation times at ENT clinics are usually pretty short, but even in that short time, they examine my nose and mouth thoroughly. Additionally, the nursing staff at the counter are quite friendly, which makes me feel comfortable visiting. There's another ENT clinic nearby where the doctor is kind, but the nursing staff's attitude is not great, so I wouldn't want to go back there, and that's one of the reasons I keep returning here.

It's only been a short time since the splint came off, but I’m looking forward to it looking much more natural and beautiful once the swelling goes down. The costs were also more reasonable than I expected, so I'm satisfied. I highly recommend it!

The doctor was really kind and spoke gently to my child so he wouldn't get scared, and the nurses were also very comforting, which helped us get through the examination without any issues. He cried a little during the nasal suctioning, but afterward, he seemed to breathe much easier. They also provided detailed instructions on nasal irrigation, as well as tips for managing indoor humidity, which were super helpful. When we got home, it seemed like his congestion had lessened a bit, which was a relief, and seeing him sleep soundly made me feel like visiting the clinic was the right decision.
