☆This time I had a really bad cold, so I asked for an IV. The nurse was great at giving me the shot and always kind. This is the place I come to when my nose is blocked, and they clear it up nicely. The medicine works well, so whenever I catch a cold, this is definitely the place to go.

On my second visit~~ it all started with a runny nose from a cold, so I first went to see an internist. I took a week's worth of medication and my other cold symptoms cleared up, but the runny nose was driving me crazy. I had a lot of yellow mucus pouring out, and it was also running down the back of my throat, making me feel congested. When I blew my nose, it made my ears feel stuffy too~~ I thought I might get an ear infection, so I hurried to find a hospital. A colleague recommended this place, so I stopped by on my way home from work. The doctor was very thorough during the examination~~ they did a nasal endoscopy and checked my ears, saying my nose was completely blocked. They cleared my nose and prescribed some medication. Almost everything got better, but I still felt like there were some lingering symptoms, so I made another visit~~ I really think I made a great choice coming to this ENT clinic.

I'm not sure if it's because of the big temperature changes, but my rhinitis has gotten worse. During the day, I'm sneezing with clear mucus, and at night while I sleep, one side of my nose gets completely blocked, or mucus drips down the back of my throat. I wake up in the morning with crusty eyes and my two eyes feel sore, so I sought treatment. Even though I tried Zyrtec from the pharmacy, it didn't help, and the allergy medication prescribed by my primary care doctor was also useless. The medication prescribed by 365 Spring ENT worked well for my rhinitis pretty quickly. The nurses were friendly, and the doctor was kind too. The treatment involved checking my temperature (which was normal), examining my throat, looking at the condition of my nose, and removing the mucus, which was bearable. In fact, it made my nose feel clear and refreshing. I also received infrared treatment. My nose is still swollen, so I think I’ll need to return in three days.
