When we arrived at the hospital, the check-in and consultation went relatively quickly, and the waiting area was well-kept, making it comfortable for us to wait with my child. In the consultation room, the doctor thoroughly checked my child's condition and carefully examined her nose and throat while explaining her current symptoms in simple terms. I felt reassured as they kindly answered all my questions as a parent. After taking the prescribed medication, the severe nasal congestion gradually decreased, and her sleeping pattern at night became much more comfortable. The cough and runny nose symptoms also improved significantly within a few days, aiding her recovery. I was particularly impressed by how gently the medical staff treated my child to ensure she wasn't scared of the hospital. Overall, it was a satisfying visit thanks to the friendly care and thorough explanations. I believe this clinic would be helpful for parents dealing with their child's cold or rhinitis symptoms and I would want to return here if needed in the future.
