This is the clinic I visit every time I catch a cold. I also suffer from severe allergic rhinitis, and my whole body itches and turns red, leading to scabs from scratching. I received treatment for both rhinitis and a prescription for a moisturizer. I love that because of my allergy symptoms, I was able to get both treatments comfortably. There are two directors, and I received care from the male doctor. He is always kind and makes me feel at ease. The nurses are all friendly too. That's why it's always busy, and there seems to be a diverse age range among the patients. The waiting room is spacious, there’s a sleep-testing room, and a pharmacy right next door, which is really convenient. It's great to have such a good ENT clinic during the tough winter months.

While undergoing a bronchoscopy to find the cause of my lung nodules, my face turned pale and I started bleeding from my ear. I called the hospital where I had the bronchoscopy to explain the situation and asked what I should do. They told me they hadn't seen such cases before and suggested I visit an ENT clinic. So, I went to the Koensori ENT Clinic that I usually go to. Fortunately, I was able to register immediately and didn't wait long to see the doctor. The doctor examined me and said that I had put too much pressure, causing the blood vessels near my eardrum to burst. Luckily, my eardrum didn't burst, which was a relief. The doctor is always kind, and the nurses are friendly too. The medication works well for me, so I often visit Koensori. As always, they were kind this time too; even though I was in pain, I left feeling good.

The wait was incredibly long—I had to wait an hour even though it was before the consultations had started. But I’m really glad I got treated here~ The doctor was kind and great, and the nurses were kind too. I highly recommend this ENT clinic!
