I went because my nose was itchy and I kept sneezing, and they said I had rhinitis, so they gave me an injection and were very kind.

I was very worried about complications from implants, so I had implant-free rhinoplasty without silicone. Now that six months have passed since the surgery, I’m extremely satisfied. Instead of placing an artificial implant in the bridge of my nose, the surgeon refined the shape using only my own cartilage (ear cartilage) for the tip. Right after surgery, I was worried that my nasal bridge wouldn’t look as high as it would with an implant, but slightly raising the tip to suit my facial shape and forehead line made the bridge look naturally more defined as well. Since no artificial material was used, I also don’t have to worry as much about complications like inflammation or capsular contracture, and even when I touch my nose, it feels natural—just like my own nose, without any foreign-body sensation. The swelling also went down much faster. I’d recommend implant-free rhinoplasty to anyone who wants to add subtle dimension without making their nose look obviously done, rather than going for a very high style!!
