I went in because I have a pretty severe deviated septum and was looking into getting surgery for it, and since I was there and getting a CT scan anyway, I also asked about functional rhinoplasty. I heard this place is well-known for functional nose surgery, too... The doctor was really honest and told me that my nose is already pretty, and that he couldn’t honestly say cosmetic surgery would automatically make me look prettier. He said I shouldn’t get cosmetic surgery and should just have the functional ENT surgery instead... lol Ugh, honestly, I was thinking, “Since I’m getting surgery for my deviated septum anyway, maybe I should get my nose tweaked a little?” But then he was so honest and said that my nose looks good now, so unless I’m really dissatisfied with it, I should just leave it alone. So now I’m like, “Huh? What do I do? Should I not get it done?” and I’m still going back and forth about it, damn... lol
