I've been 4 months post-surgery with Dr. Jung Jae-hoon, and I thought the bridge of my nose looked slightly swollen, so I went back for a follow-up. It’s winter, and I have a bit of a cold, so my nose was a mess. He cleaned my nose thoroughly without causing too much pain, addressing the discomfort deep inside. The bridge of my nose might just be slightly annoying to me, but the doctor offered to do a revision surgery right away. Last month, he said we could wait a month to see if it was just swelling before deciding. Others say it looks great and they don’t notice anything, but since I see myself in the mirror every day, I couldn’t help but focus on that one area. The doctor reassured me that he wouldn’t charge for this revision and suggested a minor incision inside my nose to slightly refine the silicone tip. I left today with a surgery date booked. The fact that I can have surgery on weekends is the main reason I chose this hospital. It might seem like a small detail to others, and the doctor could’ve just brushed it off or said it was likely swelling, but I was really grateful that he insisted on a revision after observing the month-long progress from last month to this month.
