Since it was an unexpected injury, I was very worried, and my child was quite nervous too. But they calmly handled everything from the consultation and examination of the wound to the stitching, which made me feel much more reassured. I was especially concerned that a scar might remain because it was on his lip, but they examined the wound carefully and provided all the necessary treatment with great attention to detail, which I really appreciated. I also liked how they explained everything in a reassuring way and treated him so he wouldn’t feel nervous. We received detailed instructions on what to watch out for after the stitches and how to care for the wound. It was also reassuring to be able to monitor his progress through follow-up visits. Although it was a worrying situation caused by a sudden injury, I was very satisfied with how kindly and thoroughly he was treated. We rushed in because of my child’s lip injury, but I felt confident in the treatment process, and I was grateful that the medical staff treated us so kindly. I hope the wound heals well and that the scar is minimized, and we’ll do our best to continue taking good care of it.
