All the doctors are kind, and the treatment process went by so fast that I didn't even have time to feel nervous. They gave detailed explanations and were attentive to my concerns, constantly checking if I was in pain and encouraging me to raise my hand if I felt any discomfort. The doctor was really gentle, which helped me feel at ease. I was nervous before the extraction, but it got better afterward. The clinic is also conveniently located near the subway station, and it's well-maintained. The mini space in the waiting room and the classic art exhibition made it feel like I was in a gallery, which made the waiting time very comfortable. The director seems to have a great sense of aesthetics!

I came in for dizziness and chronic rheumatoid joint pain, and the doctor's explanations were great, and the acupuncture was quite effective. There's a treatment course that includes cupping, but I skipped it and only had acupuncture, which worked really well for me. Additionally, there were various devices in the physical therapy room, so for the first treatment, I received high-frequency electrical therapy on my knee, and that was effective as well. The sessions are set for 10 minutes, and other devices also had a basic setting for 10 minutes. For the second treatment, I used an air pressure boot while lying on a massage bed, which was also nice. The massage felt refreshing, and the air pressure provided a soothing pressure on my legs. Finally, I got to choose between aroma therapy and manual treatment; I opted for manual therapy with Ms. Kim, who provided fundamental physical manual therapy, and it was fantastic.
