I’ve been dealing with laryngitis symptoms lately, and when my cough and phlegm got worse, I went to the hospital. Since my laryngitis symptoms were severe, I visited a nearby ENT clinic. The doctor was kind and gave me a very thorough examination. I made a reservation through Naver in advance, so I didn’t have to wait, which was great. I’ve visited several clinics multiple times for the same symptoms, and I really hope I get better this time. There is a separate IV room, so it’s nice to be able to get an IV in a quiet space. I feel like my condition improved after getting the IV. I’ll visit again next time. The pharmacy is also located right on the first floor of the same building, so I’m satisfied with both the accessibility and convenience.

I just had treatment for angular cheilitis. I guess I've been pretty stressed out studying with my kid since it was exam week until last week. My doctor is Dr. Cheon Seung-hyun. We've been going to this clinic since the kids were little, so it feels familiar, and they know about the conditions that each family member has. Communication is pretty good when I get treated. They say angular cheilitis can occur due to various factors. For me, it's almost chronic now, so managing stress is really important. Of course, they also said I should avoid spicy foods and stick to less irritating foods. I think moisturizing is crucial, but they advised against using too much lip balm on my own. Apparently, depending on how clean the lip balm is, it can actually make things worse. This time, I came home with prescriptions for medicine and ointment. My lips hurt a lot, but I've been feeling a lot better since I started taking the medication. If I'm lucky, it can get better in a day or two, but sometimes it lasts over a week. I think I get treatment for angular cheilitis four to five times a year.

However, the attitude of the nurses outside the consultation room was a bit unfriendly, which was disappointing. I'm happy with the treatment, but since the wait time is so long, I might not recommend it to those who are pressed for time. If I'm just considering the treatment results, I would consider coming back.

I have always struggled with my calves being tightly packed and having severe cellulite from my thighs to my calves, making it difficult to wear short skirts or pants. For women's health issues, it's better to go to a hospital quickly for treatment, as they can be easily cured with prescribed medication, so I recommend Kim Hong-ki Obstetrics and Gynecology.

I searched for a women's hair loss clinic in Gupabal and it seemed to be a well-known hospital for child development. I went during the day on a weekday, and there was no wait at all; I was seen right away. I had been getting hair loss medication without any special treatment, so I received a prescription for about three months. I was given a tip to dissolve the minoxidil in my mouth rather than taking it with water. The doctor was kind, and the other staff members were friendly too. The waiting area for consultations is very spacious and clean; it was quite comfortable. The consultation fee was quite affordable, even for the first visit. When I got the prescription, I realized that the consultation fee can actually add up quite a bit for the first visit. I plan to come back next time when my medication runs out. Next time, I would like to request a prescription for a topical treatment as well.

I had a problem with a bridge prosthesis I got 10 years ago; it had become loose, smelled bad, and was uncomfortable. I visited Bright Day Dental Clinic, recommended by a friend. The doctor doesn’t over-treat, and I heard he has a good reputation, so I trusted him completely. He was extremely kind and explained everything very well. First, they took a panoramic X-ray and found inflammation under the bridge prosthesis. He explained that my gums were red and that was causing the pain. We agreed to remove the prosthesis and go for an implant surgery. The implant price is reasonable, and I trust the doctor's skills, so I’m going for the surgery next week. The bone graft and the first stage of the implant will be done simultaneously. I highly recommend Bright Day Dental Clinic!

I went in for hair removal on my upper lip and armpits, and I was able to see the doctor right away without waiting! I liked the system where I could book an appointment in advance through Naver and didn't have to make a separate phone call. The pain was less than I expected, so I was able to go through it without any worries. The procedure was quick, and although I had a slight redness afterward, it went down pretty fast! Especially with the upper lip, I won’t have to shave or wax often, which is a relief, and I think if I keep up with the treatment, it will be much easier to maintain. Plus, I feel confident wearing sleeveless tops in the summer. Overall, it was a satisfying procedure that was worth the time and money.

Every time we visit for my child's cold treatment, they thoroughly check every nook and cranny of the nose, mouth, and ears with an ultrasound, and they adjust the medication perfectly to fit my child's symptoms. I often go due to ear pain, but they provide careful examinations without any discomfort, and they prescribe well. The doctor is so kind and meticulous in their care, so this is the hospital we always return to. There's always a lot of patients, so the wait time can be long, but it's a great hospital that's worth the investment of time. All the nurses are kind, and the hospital is very clean. My entire family only gets treated at this hospital, and it's the only place we've been loyal to since its opening.

Today, they finally removed the packing from inside my nose, and I can breathe again. During days 1–3, my nose was so blocked that I could only breathe through my mouth, which made my throat extremely dry and kept me from sleeping deeply. But the moment they took the packing out, I felt like I’d entered a whole new world. I still have a splint on, so I can’t see the full shape perfectly yet, but I can definitely feel that the bridge of my nose is more defined than before. The bruising around my eyes is turning yellow and gradually fading. I’ve been taking my medication faithfully and diligently applying cold packs, so the swelling is going down noticeably every day. Now I’m just counting down the days until they remove the splint. If you can just endure the pain and discomfort for the first three days, life gets so much easier!!

I initially visited because a friend recommended this place, and I ended up safely giving birth to both my first and second children here :) There are about six doctors here, and I was cared for by Dr. Gu Do-hyeong in Room 6. I was a little worried since it was my first time seeing a male doctor, but he was incredibly thorough and kind. I also think the nurses play a very important role during childbirth, and they were so kind that I felt I could really rely on them even though we had just met……… I don’t have any plans yet, but if I happen to have a third child, I’d give birth here again~~ Oh, and the most important information!! This place is the best for epidurals I highly recommend it if you’re planning to give birth in Suji or nearby

I went because I was always dealing with chronic fatigue, feeling under the weather, constantly breaking out, and having such bad sore throat and nasal colds, not to mention canker soresㅠㅠ The staff were kind and I had a good experience. The clinic is near my house, so I think I’ll be coming here often~~~! It’s right next to the station, so it’s very easy to get to, and I liked that the building was easy to find too. Since it’s in Hongdae, I expected it to be crowded, but this clinic was actually quieter than I expected, so I was able to see the doctor quickly. At first, the doctor was a little blunt and kind of tsundere-like, so I was slightly intimidated and nervous, but after we talked, I relaxed pretty quickly and was able to have my consultation comfortably hehe. There’s also a pharmacy right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient~ Overall, it was a great clinic in many ways.

Worried that there might be a lot of patients, we hurried from home, arrived at the hospital building quickly, parked, and took the elevator to the 4th floor, where the clinic was. Fortunately, there were no patients (children), which was great. As soon as we entered the hospital, the nurses greeted us warmly, which was nice. After registering, we waited in the waiting room. When my child's name was called, we went into the examination room. The doctor examined my child very carefully and thoroughly, like a member of the family, and prescribed the treatment. I was very pleased and felt I could trust the doctor.^^

The thing I was most satisfied with after getting hair removal on my upper lip was that my makeup looked so much cleaner. Before, I had issues with fine hairs causing my foundation to settle unevenly or making the area around my mouth look darker, but after the hair removal, my skin looked smooth, and my overall appearance became much cleaner. The procedure itself had a bit of a stinging pain, but it was bearable, and it took only about a minute. Right after the treatment, there was a little redness, but it faded away within a few hours. [Mole Removal / Glabellar Botox / Shurink / Lip Filler Review] When they were applying numbing cream before the Shurink treatment, they didn’t apply any to my glabella, so I asked, “Aren’t you going to apply it to my forehead?” The staff member told me, “We cool the forehead with ice before the treatment.” But after the Shurink was over, when I got my Glabellar Botox, they injected me right away without any ice cooling. After the treatment, I said, “You said you were going to use ice, but you didn’t,” and all I heard in response was, “We’ll pay more attention next time.” Even after the Shurink was finished, no one came to wipe off the gel. I waited for quite a while, then ended up cleaning myself up and leaving. The Lip Filler was disappointing as well. Even though the procedure was done with a needle, they didn’t apply any numbing cream separately. When I asked about it, they said, “The filler contains an anesthetic ingredient, so we don’t normally apply numbing cream.” Most hyaluronic acid fillers contain a small amount of lidocaine. Both Korean-made and imported products contain a small amount. However, I think that only helps reduce the pain as the filler is injected; it’s separate from the pain of the needle piercing the skin in the first place. That’s why I feel clinics that use numbing cream are more considerate. (Most factory-style clinics apply numbing cream, and you can see this with just a Naver search.) There had been another time when they said they would use ice but skipped it, so this time I asked again whether they could apply numbing cream at least while I was waiting. They told me to leave the treatment room, and while I was waiting outside, they said the director wouldn’t authorize it and told me, “If you’re uncomfortable with us not applying numbing cream, cancel the payment.” I wasn’t asking for a refund. I had only asked whether they could apply numbing cream, so I was dumbfounded that the conversation went in that direction. After that, I had to keep going in and out of the treatment room, so the whole process was far from smooth. What surprised me even more was that they didn’t apply any antibiotic ointment after the treatment either. Of course, each clinic may have its own approach, but most of the dermatology clinics I’ve visited so far provided basic aftercare, so I was extremely disappointed. (*Antibiotic ointment costs 3,000–5,000 won at pharmacies.) -Evaluation of the procedures themselves Botox: Just okay. Lip Filler: The aesthetic result wasn’t great. If you have a particular shape you want, I strongly recommend bringing reference photos. Shurink: It didn’t feel like they were treating the face carefully while keeping the device closely in contact with the skin. I have a sunken area beside my cheek (for example, at the Sangam branch), and at other clinics they’ve often checked these areas first, marked them with a pen, and avoided them during the treatment. At the Magok branch, they proceeded without checking, and overall I felt they lacked both technique and a sense of aesthetics. I’ve been to most of the factory-style clinics, including several well-known ones, but I don’t think all clinics offer the same level of quality. Even when they use the same equipment, there can be a significant difference in how they treat patients, their technique, and the aesthetic results. It’s important to attract customers with opening promotions, but ultimately, I think repeat visits depend on the quality of the service and satisfaction with the treatment. Personally, I have no intention of going back. Unless the prices were extremely cheap, at the level of an opening promotion, I don’t think I’d return. I hope a large, competitive factory-style dermatology clinic opens in Magok soon.

I underwent a facelift surgery at Apgujeong B&M Clinic. In fact, it took quite a bit of time for me to reach this decision. One day, while looking at photos, I noticed that despite smiling, my face appeared to be drooping. I thought it was just fatigue, but the same expression kept repeating itself, and it lingered in my mind for a long time. It was also strange to find myself naturally avoiding angles that I used to not care about.

At first, I thought it was just a simple trouble, but as it started to feel like it was spreading and forming blisters, I got worried. The doctor examined me visually and then looked closely with a magnifying glass, explaining that it was likely herpes simplex, not just simple inflammation. They helped me understand why it tends to flare up when I'm tired or my immune system is weak, which put my mind at ease. The treatment was all about catching it early, so I was prescribed antiviral medication and ointment, along with calming laser treatment to prevent a secondary infection. I felt a slight warmth from the laser, but there was almost no pain, and I could go about my daily life right after the procedure. What I appreciated most was that instead of pushing for strong treatments, they tailored the care according to my current condition, which built my trust in them. After taking the medication for 2-3 days, the blisters stopped spreading and began to dry up. About a week later, the scabs naturally fell off, leaving almost no trace. They also provided me with detailed care instructions and tips to prevent recurrence, which was really helpful.

At first, I started going often simply because it was close to home and convenient, but now this is pretty much the only dermatology clinic I go to. There are so many dermatology clinics in Hongdae, but personally, I like Vance the best, so I don’t really go anywhere else. I also get Ultherapy, Aqua Peel, and Botox here regularly. There are a huge number of international patients, so at first I thought it would be crowded and that the wait would be long, but thankfully, the wait wasn’t actually as long as I expected. Come to think of it, I also got Lip Filler here. I’ve tried various treatments, and overall, I’ve been very satisfied coming here. The clinic is clean and neat overall, too. I like that the consultants don’t have a habit of pushing unnecessary treatments. I went in for a consultation because I was thinking about getting Ultherapy, but they actually told me that I didn’t really need it yet and advised me not to do it. I trusted them more because they gave me the impression that they recommend only what’s necessary rather than automatically pushing expensive treatments. Anyway, I think I’ll keep coming here, and it’s a dermatology clinic I personally recommend.
