Today, I visited the internal medicine clinic located on the 2nd floor across from Sunny Mart at the entrance of Sodap-dong. Since it’s in Sodap-dong, the waiting time was quite long, so it took a lot of time.

I made a reservation for jaw Botox through Naver on January 16th, and my appointment was at 11 AM on January 17th. I arrived on time and completed the reservation check-in. I had a preliminary consultation with the doctors about my previous experiences with Botox and the size of my jaw muscles while clenching my teeth. After that, we took before photos. It took about 25 minutes to get into the treatment room. I was a bit disappointed that it took so long despite the 11 AM appointment. However, during the procedure, they kindly explained everything and injected the Botox into my jaw. Also, please note that there is an additional VAT.

My skin was itchy and had hives coming up, so I consulted with the doctor, and he said that since it's winter, sleeping with a heated mattress can raise my body temperature. He suggested I just wear more clothes to sleep instead. He joked that when he lived in an old straw house, there were no heated mattresses, haha. That really stuck with me. Not everyone is the same with heated mattresses, but I guess I have sensitive skin. He prescribed me some medication, and I’ll make sure to take it. Starting today, I’ll try to manage my skin again so it doesn’t get dry. I hope it stays itch-free~~

The appointment system was well organized, so the wait time wasn’t long, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. In the consultation room, they carefully checked my skin condition and explained my current skin type and care methods in an easy-to-understand way, which was very helpful. After trying out the prescribed medication and care methods for a few days, my skin felt much calmer without any irritation. Overall, it was a trustworthy consultation, and I would definitely return if I have any skin concerns. The doctor is super cool... hahaha they are the best lol.

The doctor has such a wonderful voice~~ I heard about this place from word of mouth at the bathhouse, and I was completely captivated. The hospital staff were very kind, and the facilities were top-notch. I really appreciated the Gyeongok-go (a traditional herbal tonic) they gave me to boost my energy. The physical therapy room felt like a space where I could heal from head to toe, almost like a healing sanctuary. After the treatment, I felt very light. Overall, I was satisfied with the kindness of the staff, the clean facilities, and the attentive care from the doctor, whose soothing voice was a pleasure to listen to. If I experience discomfort again, I won’t hesitate to go back. By the way, the elevator is really fast since it’s on the 6th floor!

My husband gets dental treatments and scaling at this Happy Dental Clinic every year. In the past, it used to hurt quite a bit for about a day because they were very rough, but now they do it gently and thoroughly, so it doesn’t hurt anymore. The clinic is very spacious and has a lovely view. In spring, when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, looking out at the lake park through the windows is so beautiful. They also play classical music, which makes it calming, and they don't book too many customers at once, so there's no rush and it feels relaxed. The doctor and the nurses are very kind, which he appreciates.

I've been gaining weight lately and found it hard to manage on my own, so I visited a nearby clinic in Seoul to get a prescription for diet pills. During the consultation, they first asked about my usual eating habits and exercise routine. They emphasized that it's important to change lifestyle habits alongside relying on medication. They prescribed appetite suppressants tailored to my needs and provided detailed instructions on how to take them. In the initial days of taking the medication, I definitely felt my appetite decrease, and I thought less about snacks, which made it much easier to manage my diet. However, I was told that I might experience a dry mouth or a slight racing heart, so I'm making sure to drink plenty of water to stay balanced.

I’m pretty afraid of the dentist, so I was really nervous before going, but it was getting harder to put it off since I was having to chew on one side every time I ate. What eased my anxiety a bit was that instead of diving straight into something, I was able to first see the condition of my tooth and understand why this treatment was necessary. I remember them checking the alignment and chewing feel because those aspects are really important for the crown. Keeping my mouth open for a long time during the treatment wasn’t easy, haha, but still, the discomfort I felt when chewing on the left has decreased compared to before, so I’m keeping an eye on it.

I made an urgent visit to a nearby hospital because of a minor burn. Since it was an orthopedic clinic, I wasn’t sure if they treated burns, but fortunately, they did see me for my mild burn. There were a huge number of patients waiting, so keep that in mind when you go. I was very satisfied because the doctor was extremely kind. He explained everything thoroughly and kindly, and the nurse was also very friendly. I’m glad I came here and received proper treatment—the burn was treated well at an early stage, so it didn’t scar or spread. Fortunately, I didn’t develop any blisters either. Judging by how many patients there were, it seems they’re also good at orthopedic care. I recommend this clinic to people who live nearby. If you have a mild burn and live in the area, it would be a good idea to visit as well. ~~

I visited for a cold, and I was really pleased with how kindly they treated me. I didn't have time to go to the hospital due to my schedule, but after discussing with the doctor, they prescribed me medication for 10 days. I also had pus in my mouth, and even though that wasn't their specialty, they took care of it and drained the pus for me. Additionally, I had hurt my hand while exercising, and even though I didn't mention it specifically, the nurses were so kind to dress the wound for me, which I really appreciated. All in all, I think the recovery period was about a week. I was really thankful they prescribed me 10 days of medication since I had no time.

I searched for a clinic and took my child there because they said their mouth was bothering them. First of all, the clinic was really clean. I love that clean, hygienic feel, you know? haha. Both the doctor and the nurses were so kind that even my child, who is usually scared of the dentist, was able to relax. It turned out to be a canker sore, and they treated it really well. They also took good care of the loose tooth. I was happy that they gave my child a thorough overall checkup, too. It wasn’t a pediatric dental clinic, but the doctor took such good care of my child so they wouldn’t get scared, and the nurse also explained how to brush properly. So we had a really good visit all around. It’s hard to find one clinic to stick with, but I think we’ll be coming here from now on. I fell while walking and hurt my arm. I thought it would be okay, so I tried to put up with it, but late in the evening the pain became unbearable. I searched for a hospital offering nighttime consultations and decided to visit. The staff at the front desk were also much friendlier than those at other hospitals. The doctor asked detailed questions about how I had been injured and kindly explained the precautions I needed to take. I was also glad that the injection wasn’t as painful as I expected. It was a bit disappointing that the hospital fees were more expensive because it was a nighttime visit, but if the treatment continues to be effective, I’m willing to keep coming back. The doctor was also very kind and took great care in treating me.

I just had treatment for angular cheilitis. I guess I've been pretty stressed out studying with my kid since it was exam week until last week. My doctor is Dr. Cheon Seung-hyun. We've been going to this clinic since the kids were little, so it feels familiar, and they know about the conditions that each family member has. Communication is pretty good when I get treated. They say angular cheilitis can occur due to various factors. For me, it's almost chronic now, so managing stress is really important. Of course, they also said I should avoid spicy foods and stick to less irritating foods. I think moisturizing is crucial, but they advised against using too much lip balm on my own. Apparently, depending on how clean the lip balm is, it can actually make things worse. This time, I came home with prescriptions for medicine and ointment. My lips hurt a lot, but I've been feeling a lot better since I started taking the medication. If I'm lucky, it can get better in a day or two, but sometimes it lasts over a week. I think I get treatment for angular cheilitis four to five times a year.

I thought I was going to get it in my arm, but it went in above my arm, so if you’re wearing thick clothes, it could be a bit uncomfortable. The location is great, near Suyu Station, and the whole building is the clinic, which is nice.

There are plenty of comfortable waiting chairs, and since there weren’t many patients waiting, I was able to see the doctor quickly. Lunch hours are quite long, so it's best to avoid visiting between 12:30 and 2:00 PM. They also treat dizziness and reflux diseases in children.

The treatment bed was also comfortable, and the nurses were calm and kind, which made me resolve to keep coming back regularly. For joint issues like my shoulders and knees, recovery can be slow, but thanks to the encouraging words from the doctor that I can get better with treatment, I feel hopeful. I'm doing my best not to overdo it and plan to come in frequently, hoping my pain will continue to improve. I feel relieved to have found such a good clinic after a long time.
