I was looking into jaw Botox near Ewha, but there weren’t any dermatology clinics there that seemed worth going to. Hongdae is too crowded, so I ended up going to Sinchon, which is fairly close and conveniently located. I really liked that it was right by the station. I was worried that my face looked too angular, and they explained everything in detail while feeling the muscles and asking me to tense them. The injection was over much faster than I expected, and maybe because they iced the area, I barely felt anything! They said I need to wait at least about two weeks to see the results, so I’m waiting for now. I didn’t even bruise, so if the results are good, I’d definitely go back.

The numbing wore off quicker than I thought, so it was a bit painful when it started to wear off, but we alternated between numbing the upper and lower lips while treating (when we were treating the upper lip, the lower lip had the numbing cream on). So it was bearable. The photos are before treatment, with numbing cream, and after treatment. There’s no separate retouch, but I plan to go again!
