Even though there were quite a few people waiting, everything from check-in to guiding through the process went quickly, so it was easier than I expected. What stood out to me during the consultation was how they didn’t rush to say what I should do right away; instead, they went through my skin condition step by step. They pointed out that even small changes, like new cosmetics or sleep patterns, could be contributing factors, which made a lot of sense to me.

I made an appointment and visited on a weekday morning, and there were no patients waiting. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I had a consultation with the head consultant who thoroughly explained post-treatment precautions, the price, and details about the retouch (which is not free even though it's part of a promotion). After the consultation, I applied numbing cream and waited for about 20-30 minutes before entering the treatment room to select the color and start the procedure. The female doctor who performed the treatment explained everything in detail and was very kind. However, the treatment took longer than I expected, and my neck hurt a bit. The numbing wore off quicker than I thought, so it was a bit painful when it started to wear off, but we alternated between numbing the upper and lower lips while treating (when we were treating the upper lip, the lower lip had the numbing cream on). So it was bearable. The photos are before treatment, with numbing cream, and after treatment. There’s no separate retouch, but I plan to go again!

I was looking into jaw Botox near Ewha, but there weren’t any dermatology clinics there that seemed worth going to. Hongdae is too crowded, so I ended up going to Sinchon, which is fairly close and conveniently located. I really liked that it was right by the station. I was worried that my face looked too angular, and they explained everything in detail while feeling the muscles and asking me to tense them. The injection was over much faster than I expected, and maybe because they iced the area, I barely felt anything! They said I need to wait at least about two weeks to see the results, so I’m waiting for now. I didn’t even bruise, so if the results are good, I’d definitely go back.

☆The doctor was unfriendly. I wish they were a bit kinder. It would be great if they could stop speaking to patients in a dismissive tone. It's surprising that someone who studies a lot reacts so emotionally to what the patient is saying.

I came here because I was deeply hurt by frequent fights between my siblings. After several counseling sessions, my condition has improved a lot now. The hospital is really comfortable, and I would recommend it to others.
