I visited because of dizziness. The hearing test results showed that I have low-frequency hearing loss in my left ear. It’s Meniere's disease. I took prescribed medication and had a blood test done. My white blood cell count was a bit low, so I also received injection treatment. I’m doing okay now.

There used to be an older ENT doctor in the neighborhood, who I think may have stopped seeing patients due to age. Still, it was the closest clinic, so I visited. The facilities have become much cleaner, and there are many doctors. While the doctor is kind, the nurses are also very friendly. I’ve always felt better after getting a shot when I had a cold before. The new doctor is also very nice and seems to do a thorough job with check-ups and explanations, which gave me satisfaction. The facilities have improved a lot, so I think it will be a comfortable place to keep visiting.

This is the ENT clinic our whole family goes to, and they provide very good check-ups and treatment. There were quite a few people waiting, and they even do vaccinations, plus the facilities are clean and nice. As expected, the waiting time is long, especially since winter has started. However, everything is well-organized, so there’s no confusion. The previous doctor was known for being harried, but he also did a great job during visits. The new doctor is also very thorough, making it really comfortable to go there. I feel like this winter, I will be visiting this place often, which hopefully isn’t a bad thing.

The doctor is really young and seems very professional, along with plenty of nurses, though the waiting room is always full these days with the flu season. After getting the body ache injection and taking the medication for a few days, I feel like I'm getting better, but colds don’t go away that quickly, so I guess I’ll have to visit the ENT often. It’s clean and comfortable here, which is nice.

I’ve had chronic rhinitis and it hasn’t been completely cured, so I was visiting various clinics. I found out late that an ENT clinic opened up in my neighborhood because the previous doctor had retired. When I visited, I was surprised at how big the facility was. They have large examination and treatment rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the reception is done through kiosks. The doctor is quite young, and he was very thorough and kind during the consultation, which made me feel trusting. I decided to undergo some tests and continue treatment for now, so I think I’ll be visiting regularly. Overall, the nurses were also friendly, which was nice, and the clean interior made it even better. I’m going to take the prescribed medication while receiving treatment, so I’m hopeful that I’ll start to feel better and that I can keep up with the visits. It’s a great experience.

From the consultation stage, they carefully explained my concerns about the inside of my lip, pain levels, and the recovery process, which significantly eased my fears. The procedure itself was done quicker than I expected, and they kept checking on me throughout, which helped me feel reassured. They also provided detailed instructions on post-procedure care and precautions, so I didn't feel confused when I got home. Above all, despite it being a sensitive area, the procedure was carried out neatly without excessive pain, and I was very satisfied. Overall, I got the impression that the medical staff were skilled and attentive, making it a trustworthy clinic.
