This time, my oldest son injured his lip while helping disassemble some furniture, so we visited the clinic to have the wound stitched. It happened so suddenly that I was very worried, and my son was also extremely nervous. But they calmly took care of everything, from the examination and checking the wound to stitching it up, which made me feel much more at ease. I was especially worried that a scar might remain because it was on his lip, but they examined the wound very carefully and provided all the necessary treatment with great attention. I also appreciated how they explained everything comfortably and treated him in a way that helped him stay calm. They gave us detailed instructions on what to watch out for after the stitches and how to care for the wound. It was reassuring to be able to monitor his progress through follow-up visits. Although it was a worrying situation because of the sudden injury, I was very satisfied with how kindly and thoroughly they treated him. We rushed in before closing time in the afternoon because of his lip injury. They helped us stay calm, I felt confident in the treatment process, and I was grateful that the medical staff treated us so kindly. I hope the wound heals well and the scar is minimized, and I’ll do my best to keep taking good care of it.
