There are many plastic surgery clinics in Suwon, but not many of them are open on weekends or holidays. My child got hurt while playing on the weekend, hitting their forehead and head—I'm not sure how to describe it, but I thought it would be best to take them to a hospital right away. I looked for a clinic that was open on weekends and holidays, and I found one that specializes in emergency care—at least that's what the explanation said. I called ahead and went there, but there were no nurses, just the doctor handling everything alone. After examining my child, the doctor said that since they are still young, these things could heal over time, but we still went ahead with the treatment. Two days later, we returned to the hospital for a follow-up and cleaning. Everything wrapped up nicely. It was hectic since it was the weekend and the medical fees were a bit higher, but overall, I'm glad we went.

My eyes felt dry and strained, and by the afternoon it was hard to focus, so I went to an eye clinic for an examination. We started with a vision test, covering one eye at a time while I checked the eye chart and read several lines of letters. After that, I sat in front of the examination equipment and placed my eyes close to it so they could check the condition of my eyes. They also shone a bright light to examine the cornea and conjunctiva. During the examination of the inside of my eyes, I rested my chin and forehead on the equipment and looked straight ahead while they checked each eye separately. In the examination room, they gently lifted my eyelids to look inside and checked for redness or dry areas. After explaining the results, they told me about the current condition of my eye strain and gave me eye drops to use when my eyes feel dry, along with advice on how to rest my eyes.

I received treatment from Dr. Jae-ho Park at Park & Park Internal Medicine and Surgery. I've been taking cholesterol medication, and I was worried about whether my levels had changed, so I had a blood test done. The results don’t come out on the same day; they come the next day. Six months ago, during the national health check-up, my levels weren’t very good; I was right at the cutoff line. Six months ago, my total cholesterol was 183, and this time it was 182. My blood sugar went up from 87 to 99. The doctor said it's better if my total cholesterol goes below 100 while taking medication, and that I'm doing fine as long as I take my meds and exercise regularly. I’ll try to manage things to get better levels at my test in six months. I heard that they also offer hair loss treatment at the clinic, so I’m thinking about getting a consultation next time. Lately, I’ve been upset because my hairline is receding. As I age, my hair is thinning out too. 😢

During my recent visit for facial milia, the dermatologist surprise me by saying it looked like warts too. Warts on my face?! I was told that they can develop with dryness or poor blood circulation at my age. While waiting, I consulted about Botox for my forehead and between my eyes and decided to get that treatment as well. The head doctor gave me a bit of skin Botox service for free, which was amazing~~ (The head doctor is so beautiful!) The milia treatment cost 15,000 won for each, and I removed around six warts and milia. After applying cream and getting some sun, I didn’t feel any pain at all. I hope there are no scars and that it heals well~ The doctors and nurses are extremely kind, and that’s why I keep coming back even after moving.

The person who consults with you at the front desk is friendly, and I’m happy that I can get treatment here at a better value than at other dermatology clinics. My pigmentation seems a little lighter than it was at first, so I plan to continue getting my dermatology treatments here. All of the doctors are young. If the Botox effect seems a little weak around two weeks after the treatment, they can also do an additional touch-up. It’s not automatically guaranteed—they’ll examine you, look at areas where wrinkles are still forming, and may add a small amount at the doctor’s discretion. This is a clinic that makes me feel good every time I visit because the consultations are always so kind. I recommend that everyone get treated here~~ That’s my review of the treatment I paid for out of my own pocket.

The director of Chamjeoun Dermatology is a specialist, so it's a clinic I go to. The nurses there are kind too. My dad had a small bump on his forehead, but it was getting bigger and thicker over time, so we decided to visit. The doctor said it could be removed with a laser, so after getting anesthetized and waiting for 20 minutes, the nurse explained the reason, but I can’t remember it clearly. To put it simply, she said it’s similar to a seborrheic keratosis. After the laser removal, they said to keep using Duoderm for two weeks. They advised not to force a change; it should fall off on its own or if it swells, it can be trimmed and stuck back on. No alcohol, and sauna or exercise is prohibited. They said washing my face is okay with it on. For the first 3-4 days, it swelled due to the wound, so I changed it daily, but after that, I only needed to change it every 2-3 days, based on my mom's experience from when she got treated before.

I went to the Janggi branch for Botox around my eyes for the first time in a while, and everyone was so kind, starting with the nurse at the front desk. One plus is that, unlike the Ilsan location, the wait time isn’t long here, and the doctor is great, so I'm open to coming back.

By the way, I usually only see female doctors here, but today I had my treatment with a male doctor for the first time, and I was a bit worried, but he was very kind and attentive. He placed everything perfectly without a single bruise, and I was really satisfied. I’d love to have him for my next treatment, but I heard they don’t allow you to request a specific doctor anymore. Still, I think all the doctors at Meipure are good, and the nurses are great too!
