I made an appointment and visited, and overall I was really satisfied. I got Botox in three areas—the forehead, glabella, and square jaw—and the first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained the clinic was, which made a great first impression. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, so I was able to receive treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. Since I had made an appointment, I was able to go in right away without any wait, which was great. Most importantly, the doctor carefully examined me before the procedure and seemed to pay close attention to each area during the treatment, which made me feel that I was in good hands. I was pretty nervous because Botox is injected directly into the face, but overall, I was able to receive it comfortably. What I was most satisfied with was how quickly everything was done. I arrived at the clinic, received my consultation and treatment right away without waiting, and was able to leave in less than 15 minutes. Even so, it never felt rushed or careless—the doctor carefully checked everything that needed attention, so I was satisfied with both the time and the service. I would like to visit again when I need Botox treatment in the future.

Perhaps because the doctor’s touch is so gentle, the pain was much less than I expected, and she took great care of everything through the finishing touches. I’m 100% satisfied again today.
