My eyebrow was growing inward, causing a lot of pain, and it was so painful that I was told I needed to pluck it. They were really kind, and I feel like if my eye continues to hurt, I'll have to keep visiting the hospital. Haha. ^^ Thank you so much! ☺️

My child said their eyes hurt, so we visited this nearby clinic. The doctor just took a quick look and said it was a simple squint and prescribed some medication. I mentioned that my eyelashes seemed to be poking my eye, but the previous place I went diagnosed it as needing to pluck the eyelashes because my child wasn't cooperating. That was it. They said it was from just one time touching the red light in the exam. I won't be going back here again! My child is not a baby; they're an 8-year-old who can understand everything. It was really disappointing. So, I went to another clinic near Madu Station, and again, they said it was from the eyelashes poking my eyes, treated the irritation, and took care of the plucking... such bad memories! I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

I was really glad to receive a customized prescription for artificial tears. It was great because I could use something that suited my eyes and felt comfortable. I got the prescription and bought a box of single-use artificial tears at the pharmacy below. There were a lot of elderly patients waiting, and I realized how many of them have serious eye issues. I have been using soft contact lenses for a long time, so I deal with dry eyes regularly. When I visited for a check-up, I was happy to get a prescription for artificial tears that felt more comfortable and pleasant to use compared to the ones I bought at the pharmacy with just the pharmacist's explanation. I also appreciated being told that for eye diseases, it's better to come in before the symptoms get too bad, so I plan to keep that in mind for my next visit.

The scaling was thorough and there was no over-treatment. After my gum nerve treatment, the pain noticeably disappeared.
