You can make an appointment through either Naver Booking or KakaoTalk Booking, and in my case, I used the former. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time, checked in, put my belongings away, and washed my face right away. Since it was around lunchtime on a weekday, there weren’t many people. Even if there had been, you can wash your face immediately, apply numbing cream, and wait 30 minutes, so the process was quick and convenient. After applying numbing cream to the lower-face area being treated, they wrapped it with plastic wrap and had me wait 30 minutes. I then wiped it off myself and washed my face with water. During the face-washing process, I could definitely feel that the area was numb. Before starting the Laser Hair Removal, I explained which areas I wanted them to focus on, and they treated me very kindly. The hair-removal device blew out a strong stream of air, which helped reduce the pain, so I liked that. After the treatment, I immediately applied the recovery cream they provided, then applied the cream and sunscreen available in front of the counter, and that was it. I liked that the whole treatment was clean and efficient, and the hair-removal results were also clear.

I've been to different Maypure branches, but this one is bigger than the others. They do a good job of checking what the customer needs and wants first. It was also nice that check-in and payment could both be handled through kiosks. I've been to other Maypure branches too, and when I got laser hair removal there, there was a gap of more than 10 minutes between applying and wiping off the numbing cream and actually starting the treatment, which I didn't really like. But at the Migeum branch, they seem to make an effort to minimize the waiting time after numbing. Laser hair removal hurts no matter how many times you get it done, so this was really nice. After that, when doing the hair removal, the doctor carefully checked the areas where hair was growing in patches and made an effort to treat them thoroughly. I really liked it. If you're getting laser hair removal, just leave the numbing cream on for about 30 minutes—it hurts less that way. My experience, even now at my 17th session, proves that it still hurts. For anyone who hates how painful laser hair removal is, this branch is the best. Of course, even with numbing, it still hurts ㅠㅠ
