    I was worried that it might hurt, but there was not even a bit of pain. I chose to try the mesh treatment because I've heard that the DS version is more effective, so I went for just one session for now. It has been a week, and I feel like it is having an effect. I am also trying to incorporate some diet and exercise little by little. Although others might not notice, I can definitely feel the difference. Haha. I have quite a bit of weight to lose, so I plan to get a few more sessions.

The medical staff assessed my arms, looking at where the fat was concentrated and explained the areas that would be treated, as well as how many sessions I might need for the results to look more natural.
