I was especially impressed that during the oral examination, it wasn’t rough at all; everything was handled gently, and they provided ample explanations before proceeding, which allowed me to anticipate what was happening during the treatment. I barely felt anything; even the anesthesia shot wasn't painful. I guess I'm a bit insensitive to pain.^^

I trust Neulpureun Dental Clinic because it has been around since 1998, and I’ve been going there since I was in elementary school. I’ve always been treated by Dr. Kim Chang-seop, the clinic’s chief director. The chief director explains everything so well that I feel I can really trust him. I developed a cavity between my teeth, so I had to get an inlay. The doctor was really painless when giving the anesthesia. Before injecting it, he also applied a topical anesthetic so it wouldn’t hurt. They always put the patient first. The inlay treatment was finished in just 40 minutes, and the doctor was skilled and friendly. The restoration will be ready in a week, and I’m scheduled to have it bonded then. The staff at the front desk are friendly too. Everyone here is kind and highly capable. They’re also good with dentures, so lots of grandparents come here and there may be a wait. It’s nice that they offer parking at two locations, and you can also park at the public sports complex. They do dental implants, dentures, and orthodontics, so I recommend giving them a try, hehe.

I had an implant and a cavity treatment. I visited another location in Incheon, but the staff there were not friendly at all. The prices were much higher too. I did an X-ray and made a deposit, but when I reached out to ask if I could get my deposit back since I didn’t go for the treatment, they said they would call me back but never did. Even including the fact that I couldn’t get my deposit back, U-Dental was cheaper than the clinic in Namdong-gu, and the building was nicer too. Both buildings seem old, but the exterior of the U-Dental location and its location are much cleaner and more accessible. They provide parking as well. And the inside is really clean! Haha. The hospital operates a bit chaotically, like a factory. But still, the nurses and doctors were very kind. When they were working on my bone, it hurt a lot, but the nurse holding my hand was such a comfort... It was embarrassing and scary, but it really helped me through.

It's been more than 20 years since they opened, but they have renovated the interior, making it a pleasant space. The equipment was clean, and I was comfortable during my treatment. It's reassuring to see many long-time patients continuously coming back for care, and knowing that Dr. Yeo Hwan-ho's son has graduated from dental school and will continue the practice makes me feel even more secure about ongoing care when Dr. Yeo retires. It's also very conveniently located just under a minute from exit 5 of the Gyodae station on lines 2 and 3, making it great in many ways.
