After the examination, I was told that I had severe periodontitis and needed to have a tooth extracted and an implant placed. I was in so much pain that I didn't have the mental capacity to look for another place, so I asked them to proceed and they extracted the tooth and placed the implant screw. I got some medication, but for four days, the pain was unbearable. I think it was because I came in such a severely painful state. At that time, it hurt a lot, but now I’m pain-free, and I also received gum treatment. I've been coming in every week for check-ups and treatments, and now it’s been a month. The screw has settled well, and thankfully, there’s no inflammation. I think I'll just need to come back after three months if everything looks good to finalize things.
