The doctor just briefly explained and left, and a staff member came immediately to explain the types of implants and costs, asking me to choose one. They didn't talk about why it's good to have an implant right away if you have to get an extraction, and every individual situation can be different. They didn’t discuss whether a bone graft is necessary, how long it would take, or what type of implant would be best for someone with a case like mine, and what discomforts might arise. Instead, the staff just came over and told me to choose. It was confusing and even though I scheduled an appointment and left, I'm still thinking about it. I went there in pain, but they only prescribed medication, so I ended up leaving without having the extraction done. They stressed that I would have to pay 80% when getting the implant, but what I really wanted to know was about the treatment itself. It's disappointing. If it's necessary, why not do it? However, when discussing implants with someone who's never had one before, a bit more explanation is needed. They might say they explained everything, but I felt it was lacking and they jumped straight to discussing types and prices. I didn't get the impression that they valued the patient.

The front desk staff is also friendly, and the waiting room is spacious with comfy sofas, making it convenient to visit with a baby.
