Lately, I’d been self-conscious about how much I tense up the area between my eyebrows when taking pictures or looking in the mirror, and I also wished my nostrils looked a little slimmer, so I decided to get Botox this time. I visited Maypure Hongdae. Since it’s in the Hongdae area, it was fairly easy to get to, and because it was my first visit, I had a thorough consultation before the procedure. The treatments I received this time were Glabellar Botox and Alar Botox. I was concerned about the wrinkles between my eyebrows because I have a habit of unconsciously tensing that area, so I got Botox there after the consultation. I also had treatment on my nostrils because I didn’t like how they widened when I smiled or made facial expressions. Since Botox involves injections, I was a little nervous, but the procedure didn’t take as long as I expected and was over quickly because the treatment areas were small. Right after the procedure, there were some injection marks and slight redness, but nothing that was particularly bothersome. Especially between my eyebrows, I gradually noticed that the feeling of tensing up when making facial expressions was becoming less pronounced. It was also interesting to compare how the shape of my nostrils changed when I smiled over the next few days. Botox isn’t a treatment where dramatic changes appear right away, so I think it’s better to watch for the results over the following days rather than judging them immediately after the procedure. For anyone like me who tends to tense up the area between their eyebrows or feels self-conscious about their nostrils widening when they smile, I think it would be a good idea to get a consultation and see whether those are areas that need treatment for you. I was satisfied that I could address both areas I’d been concerned about at once by having them treated together this time. I’ll have to keep watching to see how the results develop over the next few days.

I got Botox injections in my jaw. I had originally planned to get injections in my salivary glands as well, but after checking my condition, the doctor said there was no need. I liked that they didn’t push any unnecessary treatments and seemed to examine everything carefully during the consultation.

I got Glabellar Botox. I make an appointment every time I go, and I think the best thing is that I can get the procedure right away without any waiting. The staff are friendly, and the clinic is spacious, so it’s comfortable and nice to sit and wait.

I had Botox in my glabella, forehead, and chin three months ago, and this time I had it done around my eyes, glabella, and forehead. They were kind and made sure it didn’t hurt. I’d like to keep coming regularly. I also want to try some other skin care treatments, so I’m planning to visit again soon.

I got Botox for forehead wrinkles at the Gangnam branch of Meipure Clinic, and the female doctor did it for me. It didn't hurt at all, and she was really kind. The nurses are friendly too, and I like it here better than other places. I'm planning to go for glabella treatment next.

The staff at the front desk, the nurse who takes care of me, and the doctor are all so kind! I’ve been coming here regularly. Someone I know also recommended this place in Hongdae, saying they’re really good at Botox here, haha. I highly recommend it!

While I was in Jinjeop, I stopped by the nearby Maypure clinic. It was time for my Botox treatment, so I took advantage of the first-visit offer and had it done. Everyone was so kind and nice. I’ll visit again when they have another promotion. The consultant was very kind, too.

I sometimes visit to get Botox. The doctor who performs the treatment seems to vary depending on who you get, but I really liked the female doctor wearing glasses who treated me today—she was very thorough and kept checking everything throughout the procedure.
