Thinking about how my muscles will gradually shrink over the next few weeks and settle into a softer facial shape already makes me look forward to checking the mirror. After I stopped taking it, I had a really crazy yo-yo effect and regained 5 kg in just one month, so I ended up weighing as much as I did before taking the herbal medicine.. I was really worn out from long-term dieting that required exercise, and toward the end of last year, I was dealing with personal studying and some emotionally difficult things. I was also living such a busy life that I had absolutely no motivation to exercise. So I decided to try dieting with the help of medication again! (This was my first time taking prescription medication.) So the solution I found was Lee Won-kyung Internal Medicine. (For people with average body types or those looking for rapid weight loss and regain, I don’t particularly recommend this. If you have the willpower to control your appetite and exercise, please lose weight in a healthy wayㅠㅠ I made this kind of diet plan simply because I’m the type of person who hates exercising.) I’ll go into detail about my first-visit review, educational information, and so on! I didn’t know much about this hospital at first and found out about it through someone I know, but it turns out this place is a total diet mecca? So getting an appointment by phone is.. basically impossible. You can make a first-visit appointment through the website! (However, the usual waiting period is a very long two months.) For those who want to lose weight quickly without waiting, the method I recommend is trying to grab a canceled appointment! At first, I thought I would just make an appointment for March, but after hearing that canceled appointments become available, I got competitive and refreshed the website every single day. Then I found a canceled appointment available just three days later! If you want to lose weight quickly like I did, try your luck with a canceled appointment. • Small tip: I got mine around 9 p.m.! It actually seemed like canceled appointments for nearby dates were released more often early in the morning or late at night. If you check the site repeatedly, canceled appointments pop up surprisingly often. Keep trying!! Once you confirm your appointment and wait, the hospital sends you a text confirming the appointment! First-time patients should go at 10 a.m., tell the reception desk that they’re there, fill out the questionnaire provided by the hospital, have their height and weight measured, and wait for their name to be called~ Returning patients can enter their information on an iPad! On Wednesdays, only returning patients can visit. Since first-time patients tend to crowd the hospital on weekday mornings, they told me to come on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday afternoon instead. It’s located in a surprisingly old and shabby two-story building! There are two pharmacies on either side of the hospital on the second floor, and both of them can prepare the medication. I was so flustered when I arrived that I couldn’t take any pictures. It’s seriously so chaotic lol = there are crowds of people gathered right in front of the hospital. The power of a diet mecca... is incredible. There were so many people that I wondered whether I even had to wait just to register, so I was standing there looking completely lost. But if you go straight to the reception desk and give them your name, they’ll check your ID and register you. I arrived later than 10, but make sure you go before 10.. I recommend arriving around 9:40 and getting there before opening! Because I arrived late, it took about two and a half hours just to get the consultation? By the time I received my medication, it was 1 p.m. At 11 a.m., they provide medication instructions for first-time patients visiting that day. If you arrive late, you have to wait even longer after the class ends. I went alone and was so bored I thought I was going to lose my mind. Don’t be late like me. Before measuring your height and weight, they warn you that they won’t prescribe the medication if your BMI is below 22. Based on other reviews, it seems they really do turn people away if their BMI is under 22! I was right on the borderline and nervous, so I wore heavy clothes when I went... (This is because diet medication alone can put a strain on your liver.) They said that one multivitamin a day is enough~ - You need to be careful about electrolyte deficiency while taking the medication. If you drink a lot of water, they told me to pay attention to my sodium and potassium intake.
