The procedure is performed while in an overhead position. I thought that since they weren't applying anesthetic cream, there was no pain, so they didn't really need to use anesthesia..! Wow! It hurt so much. There is a crackling sound like a laser burning. It smelled like burning, and my armpits were stinging and burning, and it hurt. Some people said it didn't hurt, but I had some pain.
